Very bad experience. Do not try this!
Poor management, leaking bathroom all over, poor amenities. Provided extra mattress while the booking was for king size bed. Very bad experience and handling of customers. Only pro is that its close to the bus stop at Ooty. Nothing else!

Pathetic
Not at all satisfied. Gave us room no 205 which was pathetic. Geyser non functional and leaking. Flush seat broken. No redressal of these grievance either.

Good Hotel to Stay
The hotel room was very good and clean, the rooms in second block are good. Food was also good but the only problem lies is in the room service as that took some extra time when ever we had a requirement. Rest the hotel is good for 1 to 2 nights stay. Ample space was available for car park and the hotel is easy to locate.

It was a nice experience to stay at the hotel.
The hotel staff were courteous and friendly. The room was big and kept clean. The one thing that I really liked was that on the day of our departure (5AM), the staff ensured that hot water was available for bath. Hot water is generally available from 6.30AM to 10.30AM.

Its away from all disturbances of town but very near to all main tourist spots like Botanical garden and rose garden. Over all their service is good but room maintenance is not up to the mark.

Fantastic Service
They provide normal homely Breakfast which is complimentary. The hospitality provided by the GM is very good. They provide only north indian Khana no South Indian Meals during Lunch and Dinner. Overall my stay in this hotel is OK. They arrange local trip and charging very normal rate. Entry and inside the hotel, proper renovation/maintenance activities are to be done to the entire rooms. But for personal tour to a normal budget family, this hotel is very good.

Hotel location is not satisfied. without the hotel people help you cannot reach the hotel. safely they came out and pick you up to the hotel. You must order the food before 30 minutes. Immediate table service not available. Nice complimentary breakfast. Average service.

Very bad Hotel
The Hotel is in a very bad condition. Our room was very dirty, everywhere was mud. In our bed was a mouse, but the manager seemed not very interested. We can't recommend this hotel!

Most wonderful hotel in India
The hotel is beautiful but what made our stay was the staff. We were treated wonderfully - breakfast was delicious and specially made and the staff did absolutely everything they could to make us comfortable and feel welcome. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone but bring a sweater! Ooty is a little colder than the rest of India and you'll be wanting a sweater for nights.

Good service,room, and food. Few other facilities.
This hotel is close to Charing Cross in the heart of ooty. The staff and manager are courteous and helpful. The south indian breakfast (with eggs to order) is appealing to the pallet. The road leading to the hotel is narrow and the neighbourhood a bit drab.

- Hotel is located in an awakard location and very improper with very bad approach road; - Very poor conditioned Hotel rooms; - Lack understanding of a good hotel; - Had to be best available room of the hotel and that was just below par; - Expressed our unhappiness, their manager never availavle to talk and had to pay extra in such a poor quality hotel. - Must not be listed in Expedia to mislead customers.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht. Positiv: zentrale Lage. Geräumige Zimmer. TV. Reception desk sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fairness bei Transferbuchung Negativ: Kein WLAN, auch nicht Lobby! Das Hotel sieht auf Fotos wesentlich besser aus. Die Zimmer sind im Nebengebäude, das Restaurant im Souterrain mit Blick auf die Treppen. Unser Zimmer schmuddelig. Feuchte Bettwäsche, Schimmel im Toilettendeckel und an der Decke, Tisch mit Flecken v. Vorgänger. Für indische Standards unterdurchschnittlich.

Zoals op het kaartje lijkt ligt het hotel niet heel dichtbij het centrum. Personeel en uitstraling van hotel niet professioneel. In verband met bouw van nieuw gedeelte waren er bijna geen speeltoestellen i.t.t. wat je ziet op de foto's. Erg rommelig voor het hotel. Water was vies rood in de badkamer, en warm water was uit een boiler die snel leeg was. Traveldesk is prima!

Hôtel sale, triste, sans aucun atout. Nous avions réservé et payé pour 3 nuits, nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit, et encore parce qu'il était trop tard pour repartir.

Guter Service und gute Lage zum vernünftigen Preis
Relativ neues Hotel, 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Basar am Charing Cross entfernt. Wir hatten das "Luxus"-Zimmer, das war sehr geräumig und ansprechend, auch die Sauberkeit war OK. Nachteilig war nur die recht dünne Matratze, man spürte das Brett darunter. Die Decken waren für die kalte Jahreszeit zu dünn, aber wir bekamen auf Nachfrage zusätzliche Decken. Gegen Aufpreis gibt es auch Heizgeräte. Internetzugang war kostenlos an einem PC im Eingangsbereich möglich, aber kein WiFi. Das Restaurant hatte schmackhaftes Essen, etwas Wartezeit sollte man aber mitbringen. Highlight war die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mannschaft. Beim Checkout wurden wir kostenlos zum Bahnhof gebracht.
