When I booked my room according to the pics we were supposed to be in a suite that had a separate living room and bedroom, but they put us in a room that combined the two and said since we booked through a third party (Expedia) that they couldn't put us in the room that we actually booked. Not only did we get screwed over upon check-in, the hotel itself had rates directly through them that were $75 cheaper per night. The hotel staff was completely unwilling to change us to the room that I had booked through Expedia. Of course always some loophole BS

We can not modify reservations that were made with 3rd parties. The staff acknowledge your concern but advise you to contact the 3rd party for changes at check in.We hope you will give us an opportunity to make it up to you in the future. Stay Safe!

Convenient location off I85. Many restaurants and shops near by. Staff was very nice and hotel very clean. Breakfast was very good, warm cinnamon buns YUMMY. Went to Walk-one next door for dinner. Absolutely Delicious.

Stayed 1 night to break up our drive to North Carolina. Very clean. Staff was nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. The continental breakfast was actually very good. Definitely recommend.

It was pleasant. Friendly staff during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The complementary breakfast was better than most other hotels I’ve stayed at. I would stay again for sure.

Clean room, comfortable bed, felt safe. Good air conditioning. Had to leave a day early but no refund as there was a special rule in place which we were not made aware of until too late. College Football weekend!!

Five Stars!
Hotel is clean and modern. Beds and pillows are AAA super comfortable and fresh. My granddaughter called it a princess bed it was so comfortable. Breakfast food was hot every morning and delicious. Mrs. Kylie was so kind and friendly @ breakfast. I would have appreciated them making our bed each day but they did not. So close to everything shopping and felt safe at night coming and going with children. We truly enjoyed our time and facilities. Five stars for this hotel

It was very clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Room needs a clock. Had to call about some bogus charges on our credit card. Personnel on phone was nice and said the charges would be removed but it’s takes days for that to happen. Not too happy.

The only two complaints is tap water tasted gross and the room smelled musty. Otherwise it was a nice stay. The people were friendly and the hotel smelled nice when we walked in.
