Come to unit 602 at Escapes to the shores in beautiful Orange Beach Alabama. This unit is on sixth floor of an amazing beach front complex. The unit DOES NOT HAVE a beach view or a balcony, but it does have a window looking towards town. The complex is beach front so no need to cross the street. Unit 602 can accommodate up to 4 with a king bed in master and a sleeper sofa in living room. The kitchenette does have a two-burner cooktop, microwave, fridge, and cooking utensils. Both the living room and the bedroom have large flat screen TVs. Wi-Fi is included with your stay for no charge, but owner does not guarantee speed.
The property is considered a low-density property but has all the amenities of the big guys. Upon arrival to the property, you will stop by the front desk to pay for your parking pass which is $40 per vehicle.

Was in town for a concert easy communication with owner. Easy check-in.It was a hassle finding where to put the trash since we have to take it out which I think with paying a cleaning fee I should have not had to carry trash out. Parking was tight but that is almost everywhere you go now.. Loved the room nice location. Perfect room for two people

Visibly soiled, unwashed bed linens including comforter, sheets, pillow cases, and pillows were not cleaned between tenants. Sheets were old, threadbare, had hair/pilling all over, and pillow had visible black mold. We texted photos to the owner who responded immediately agreeing this was unacceptable. Since it was 10pm the cleaning crew couldn’t come until the following day to replace linens that were again dirty! What appeared to be a brand new comforter in its original bag was also soiled and stained. Sofa bed mattress was thin and worn out so that it sagged through the frame when laying on it. We knew there was no beach view based on the listing. The single window in the unit adjoins/looks into the 6th floor hallway with a window to outside on the other side of the hall (blinds and curtains provide privacy). Otherwise the unit appeared clean. Appalled the owner offered no refund or discount given the unacceptable linen situation. Cleaning crew must be evaluated. The cost of this rental did not align with the quality or lack thereof.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. Wifi and cable with smart tv. Walking distance to restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner (across the street). The indoor pool and hot tub is clean and relaxing. I will be going back to this one!

Weekend Retreat
I can't say enough GREAT things about the host, this unit and the complex itself! The host was extremely quick to respond each time we reached out to him with questions. He followed up to make sure everything was good once we arrived as well. The unit was perfect for our needs. My husband and I, along with my daughter traveled for the weekend and we had plenty of room. The unit was freshly painted with new furniture, including a new mattress that was very comfortable. The unit was VERY CLEAN and we were able to enjoy watching tv on two large tv's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The complex was also VERY CLEAN. All the staff in the building were extremely nice and we witnessed them monitoring the cleanliness of the complex the entire time we were there. The complex offered an abundance of amenities such as outdoor pool for adults, outdoor pool with splash pad for children, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, outdoor grills, fitness room and not to mention it was BEACH FRONT. We will most definitely be back to visit this unit and work with this host!! It's a must-visit stop for us in Gulf Shores now. Thank you again for our weekend retreat!
