I was not happy to start with. The hotel was under construction and I did not know that, when I booked the room. They put us at one end of the hotel and the only working elevator was at the other end of the hotel. Our view was of the freeway, so I asked to be moved to overlook the pool or the other side to see green and they only had one room in the whole hotel that was overlooking the pool and it was on the second floor where the construction was. So we stayed in that room and the room was clean, but when I took a shower the drain stopper was broken, had to use the end of my razor to keep the drain open, so I called and ask them to fix it. They did come and change it out, but I had the same problem again. We ask about the bar in the lobby and the person at the front desk said the happy hour was great and the bartender would take great care of us, when we got back to the hotel, from visiting family, there was no one there, we could buy beer from the refrigerator they had in the lobby, but that was it. I was very disappointed with the price that I paid and didn't know they were under construction and broken elevators, it is difficult when you are carrying luggage and having to haul it from one side of the hotel to the other or taking it down 3 floors on the stairs. The one thing I can say positive is that it was clean.

Hotel Over-booked. Bad Service and Rude Manager.

Very disappointed with the service. The hotel was over-booked and they sent me the first night to another hotel. The manager was very rude and didn't want to resolve the problem. He decided to give priority to other people that is not Marriott Member. He couldn't explain why I was selected. I won't use this hotel ever again.

The only thing I would suggest is in regards to a handicap accessible the toilet needs to be taller to make it easier to get off of
