Didnt like being charged extra for thing i didnt need. But others need theses services they offer. Quite there not to many people at this time. No problems , no people lingering around, pool nice, great place ,be back soon

The location is nice. But that was the only nice thing about it. First off this is NOT A HOTEL. It is a motel. There is a major difference as access to rooms on a hotel are from the inside implying an extra measure of safety. The rooms at this facility are accessible from the outside. There were several signs of bugs here. I saw a book louse in the sink. I saw a spider on the dresser. The carpet was filthy. I wouldn't trust the sheets or pillows here. They had a big spread for the breakfast however the eggs and sausage were fake and disgusting. They have the potential to be the cause of several upset stomachs in guests.

Dirty, cracked dry wall, housekeeping only came to service the room once during our 4 night stay. Stiff king sized mattress with multiple rock hard tiny pillows. Room keys stopped working halfway through our stay. Way too many cons to this stay to every consider going back.

The room smelled the floor was greasy. TV was limited and did not work. Bugs in the room. I checked out after one night and was supposed to stay for two. They would not refund my second night. Not happy. Please contact me as I would like to get second night refund.

I stayed here in 2019 when this hotel was called Baymont inn and suites and I loved it….. but now??!! Let me tell you, first the sink was broken so it kept getting filled up with water, the bathtub was the same so when you showered the tub got full of water and took forever to go down, and lastly my husband went and asked for extra towels and was told it would be up in a few minutes… an hour later nothing, so he calls to the front desk and the lady hangs up on him after telling him to come back to the front desk and pick the towels up. Terrible…so not stay here.

Completely run down on the outside. Inside is made to look revamped but the rooms are falling apart. Cleanliness was less than desired. The bed linens had stains all over them the bathrub had other people's hairs and the smell was bad. The staff wasnt very friendly or helpful. They started rolling a very loud housekeeping cart back and forth early in the morning even thoigh checkout was 11. The "resort fee" is a joke. The shuttle runs one time and the breakfast is horrible. Not to mention with the actual location getting out to go anywhere is a pain as well. Booked this quickly last minute without doing too much research and it certainly did not pay off. Would never stay here again.

We booked for 7 days for our Disney vacation and lousy shuttle service, only 1 shuttle in the morning at 7:15 a.m. and return at 9:00 p.m. only for Epcot,,, The worst is that the cafeteria opens at 7:00, so not really time for lunch and disgusting food, and nothing to put on toast,,,The swimming pool is not heated, shower pole in the room almost ready to fall,,, stay at this hotel very unpleasant,, we do not recommend at all
