I stayed for six nights at Mystic Dunes Hilton Vacation Resort and was disappointed with the service. Despite the promise of room service, my suite wasn't cleaned and the bed wasn't made during my four-day stay. Additionally, the Hilton program I attended was a very bad experience. Overall, I would rate my stay as zero out of five.

We stayed 4 days, and in those 4 days our keys would not work. We called Saturday for someone to come and fix the key cards, because they would not work at the gate, the foiger door, and the apartment door. The first time they brought us new keys, but it only worked to open the apartment door. We had to leave to buy food, and when we came back, the security guard wasnt there anymore and the only way to get in was using the key card to open the gate. It didn't work. If is wasn't because another car came, and we sneaked in, we would of had to sleep in our car. Then on Sunday, same thing happened. My mom, my sister and I had our own keys, and none of our keys worked again. Thankfully we had a neighbors next to our apartment that let us in through the foiger door, but the keys did only worked for the apartment. I literally called 4 times to guest services, and each time they said they would send someone, and no one came. I guess everyone had the day off. I will never go back here.

It was an amazing stay!! I checked in on the 16th of May, and was in the property for 2 days. I was there for business, not pleasure. The first thing that was awesome was Gabrielle who checked me in, so pleasant and professional, she was truly sincere when she let me know that anything I needed to contact her immediately. I checked out on Saturday m, where Sharlene was so pleasant and shared with me the opportunity to return and maybe become a club member, emphasizing that I am under no obligation!! The property is amazing - I loved the suite: it was so clean and everything that is needed - having a complete kitchen, living room and dining room was the best! Even the pots and pans, and silverware and plates were neatly stacked, it was unreal!! I am definitely coming back with my family. Looking forward to having an amazing time.

Room was nice and clean, remotes for the tv’s didn’t work( had to make adjustments on the tv) and the hot and cold water were switch around. You think this would get fix rather than people having to call or make the changes themselves, being a Hilton.

Nice and easy check-in, the staff i encountered (in person and through text) were welcoming.They had some good reccomendations on things to do in the area. 15 mins to Disney parks, the main pool has a great Tiki Bar, a water slide, live music some days among other ammenities.The room service is well priced and the foods good, the fried cheese cake was great. We'll be returning again.

This was quite possibly my mother and father‘s final vacation to Florida. I specifically requested a golf view and instead I got a bunch of trees! to say that my father was disappointed would be an understatement so I went down to the front desk to request a change instead of no view. I got a fraction of a view, trees everywhere! What is the point in having a golf course view if you’re going to block it with a bunch of trees? On the way to the new room, my father‘s scooter toppled over while on the sidewalk due to the golf cart track! Even though I informed the front desk, no one contacted us to see if he was OK he was not!

This place cannot be beat for travelling with a family. Lots of space, many facilities, lots of activities, plenty of amenities. Our suite had a living room, bedroom, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, utensils, dishes), a washer an dryer, and spacious bathroom. We loved how close it was to the parks, we loved the activities, we loved the pools, we loved how clean and cared for everything was. We don’t travel often, but whenever we do return, we will be staying here again. Thanks Mystic Dunes!

This is our go to resort while in Florida, however this stay was less than stellar. The floors in the condo left dirt all over my feet. We addressed this with the main desk and staff were sent to clean the floor. I had to go to the desk again after it being cleaned for the same thing. Our room was also wet, the bed sheets felt wet and the room smelled musty. Due to this our rest was not good feeling like you were sleeping on damp sheets and feeling hot and sticky even with AC going. Nothing would dry on its own (towels, bathing suits etc). The day we checked out I didn’t even bother to tell the staff about my dirty feet for the third time as I felt as though it should have been taken care of after the second complaint. I was highly disappointed with this stay especially for the prices they now charge for this resort.

We arrived in Orlando at 11am. We took a chance and called to see if a room was ready. We were told our room was ready and we could come on over and check in. Check in was quick and easy. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean and nice. We loved the full kitchen. We went and bought groceries instead of eating out every day. The balcony is huge and screened in. The property is beautiful and always clean. The pools have plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We liked the text message communication with the front desk. Our text messages were answered promptly and professionally. Each staff member we encountered was friendly, nice, and professional. We had a great stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

After finding cochroaches in kitchen cupboards and no vacuum , or any other service in unit for 10 night stay other than 2 times they left a bag with towels; enough to swap out most , enough sheets to change 1 of 4 beds 1 time . I would not return for another stay. Floors in kitchen, bathrooms sticky. Carpet dirty .

Hot water didn’t work. Male manager at night was super rude about me wanting to move into a different unit. I was eventually able to move in a different unit. He harassed me for 2hours about moving to the next unit. I was telling him I’m at dinnner I can’t move my things right this second. When I eventually moved to the next unit it had roaches in the kitchen. Absolutely the worst experience. I would not recommend staying here. The female manager in the mourning time was extremely nice though.

Overall good just small issues. Transportation from room to restaraunt took over 30 mins for pick up when given TAT of 10 mins. Also had small snake in unit had to remove myself.
