Family Disney trip
Our family had a great stay. The property was spacious and clean and the host was extremely prompt in responding to any inquiries. The location was perfect for all our planned activities and the community offered great amenities. Only piece of constructive feedback is that the beds and pillows aren’t great. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Beware!!!! They tried to get me to cancel 5 days before our trip
My family members were at this resort, so I can tell you that it's beautiful. Just beware of who you booked through. 5 days before a family vacation cancellation is an extremely stressful situation.

Our family of 4 had a tremendous stay. The house was great, the location was outstanding and having the personal pool in the back was perfect for our young kids. We would stay here again and we would recommend to others.

Amazing family vacation
The house was beautiful and clean Very easy process booking and checking in with Val. Would definitely use again in the future. If any issues came up Val was always quick to respond and address the problem. Great location to all parks and close to stores. Over all made for a stress free start to the family vacation!

If your into golf this is a good property for a single person, couple, or small family. Mystic Dunes is literally next resort, Champions Gate Nicholas 5min away. Great property!

Nice home
Resort is beautiful, location could not be best, we were offered the 3rd bedroom and a bathroom at not extra charge. Also the pool, pricing is great! Super clean, kitchen has everything to cook the meals, however we were eating out and tried many different food. Will be back, thanks a lot!

Not good
The beds was very bad. The curtains in the living room vas dirty and with holes. When we came the patio was green of grass and lots of children's stuff with mold. The TV was not working we got it fixed in the living room and never had TV in the bedroom on the first floor The bedroom on the first floor turn south and no blindfolders. The stove did not fully worked The airondicion is very dirty and none in bedroom on the first floor Br Gudrun Best regards

We have replaced the mattresses with memory foam immediately after guest stated they were uncomfortable however guest was still unhappy as they wanted coil mattresses: we do offer memory foam instead. Stove is electric and when food is stuck on them they will not work properly. After guest left we cleaned and reconnected them. We did not see any hole/stains prior to guest checked in. TV is working but TV box needed replacement so guest did not wanted tech to come in and replace the TV box. We change ac filters every month and our AC is 3 years old. Children leave toys around the pool for other kids to play and guest made us to dispose everything. There were lots of rains and grass was growing, also we contracted different pool company. Guest wanted late check out however we could not help with it as we had another reservation and cleaning schedule, so they left us poor review. Please inform us as early as possible as we are unable to make last moment changes: we are not a hotel facility but private owners and we have limited options.

Val’s home was perfect for us: clean, comfortable and we truly felt at home! Bedding was very comfortable for us, which was very nice! Val is amazing host: so very attentive and nice, she invited us to feel at home and we made it our home. We will be back for sure, Thank you so much Val, for the beautiful memories!

I love this host and stayed with them multiple times in their different homes in Florida. Homes are always sparkling clean and the host is on top! Location is supercontinent. Bedding was very comfortable! It is definitely a favorite for us and friends! Thanks for having us!

Exactly what we needed
We were traveling with our 2 and 4 year old. They are a little young to appreciate Disney but we needed some warm weather and a relief from the darkness of NY. This place didn’t disappoint us. It was perfect with the s private pool and the bigger pool for the boys to enjoy. The splash pad and water slides are built more for kids a little bigger but that’s ok. We found other things to do. For the price- I would definitely recommend this. Clean, comfortable and fun!!

Great Family Vacation Spot
Overall we had a great stay. Place was clean but a bit outdated. Kids had a blast and loved having our own small pool to swim in. Not the most comfortable beds but halfway through our stay the mattress pads were replaced and that did help. But honestly the whole mattress just really needs to be replaced. Some mold in downstairs bathroom and on some locations on the floor but not super bad. I know it's normal for rentals to not provide much but we spend so much money would it hurt to provide more toilet paper and garbage bags?? A nice touch would be to add some beach/pool towels. People are coming from all over and to have to pack all that is a pain. The pool area with all the toys and floats really needs to be cleaned up. Some of those floats were deflated and moldy. Need to just be thrown away. Val was very nice and super responsive whenever we had a question. We had a great time and the facility had an AWESOME public pool and playground area which my kids loved.

I am sorry for all the issues we were communicating often I ask how everything was and I wish I was informed because comments help us to improve: 1. we bought new additional memory pads 2. we replaced our cleaning crew because we have tons of pool towels they were not placed for guests and we were not aware. 3. we were not told about mold and we don't have a mold because we spray bleach, I asked Colleen if place was clean and she confirmed it was cleaned. 4. Will keep an eye on pool toys 5. We check on our guests frequently and would like to be informed of the issues. Thank you for letting us know.

Owner is mean and rude. There's mold in the unit. It was dirty and they wouldn't give us a refund. I would stay away from there.she threatened me and watched us on hidden camera.

Our homes are clean. No mold. NO HIDDEN CAMERAS: cameras at front and back door. Guest was charged for early check in and they'd not like it

Place was clean, good location and property! Pool heat is only on 8am-8pm so that was crappy coming back from parks at night to a cold pool. Beds were horrible!

Over all good. Beds are super uncomfortable spent many nights on the couch. Way out dated. The plunge pool on this property gets no sun! Worst of all... we werent told about Waterpark being shut down and it was only open 1 day out of the 13 we were there. Overall it was disappointing but clean place

Nice accommodations close to everything
We had a very nice time and the unit was adequate. The floors are beautiful and easy to maintain and keep clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to make meals. We liked having TVs in every room and the pool was awesome after a long day at the parks! Could use new mattresses and bedding.

Excellent stay in a quiet well-kept property
The property was very nice and well-kept - the neighborhood was quiet and the amenities were very nice. The only complaint had was about the bed in the master bedroom - the bed was very low and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the home was very comfortable and we had no issues.

I am unable to see the whole review and Tim was very happy until I requested to pay for Mickey pillowcase that had huge black stains as it was used to wipe off extra shoe polish or something and then 3 star review appeared. Dear guests please treat our home as your own since it is priced very very low: we understand how expensive Disney tickets are and try to accommodate guests in our clean beautiful home! Excellent Vacation
Everything was great. The owner was very quick to respond and was able to get us a booked on short notice. We had another rental that canceled on us last minute due to a water leak and we were fortunate enough to find this place. The townhouse was very nice and the pool was great. We went to sea world, aquatica and the pirate adventure dinner which were all fantastic. The owner was easy to reach and really nice whenever we had to reach out. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

Great location and resort
The location of the property and the amenities of the resort are great however the property left a little to be desired. The private pool was amazing and our little ones loved being able to go out the back door and be in the pool. The resort pool and splash pad was also awesome. The actual property itself would be great with a couple upgrades. The bed in the master bedroom was in terrible shape and we ended up sleeping on the couch all week from fear of breaking the bed. Also the bathrooms weren’t as clean as we would have liked. We did not call about the cleaning because we checked in late and did not notice the cleanliness until we went to shower the following night. This review would be 5 stars with a better bed and a thorough cleaning in the house. I would recommend this place for families that won’t be spending much time in the house that want to be close to all the action and save a little money.

Sorry you slept in the couch, we have another queen bed on the first floor and we left unlocked the 3rd bedroom for you. I wish you informed us about bathroom there are 2 more bathrooms also we would send to clean again. I would think following morning you would notice issues and would inform us. An addition, price you booked is really low and apparently the low price was your main reason booking our place. With mire upgrades price goes up too! Glad you enjoyed your vacation!

The initial check in process was a bit rocky. There was a miscommunication error during the booking process and the host was not very receptive to assisting, very rude to be exact. I was directed to the VRBO customer service in which they were helpful and willing to assist with a problem that we did not cause. Other than this rocky beginning, our stay was fantastic. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and the pool was great. The only thing that went wrong towards the end of our stay, the air condition stopped working. We realized it when we returned to the condo from Magic Kingdom, but we did not contact the host do to our initial interaction at the beginning of our stay, so me made the decision to sleep with the windows open which was fine because it was our last night. The host eventually apologized when informed by VRBO that this was not our error, but the interaction was intense and the service damage had already been done. This is a great property but do to our experience with the host, we have decided not to rent from this platform for our next trip in August.

Had to eat out 3 times a day no stove top. The place was filthy. . Vacuum did not work , no mop or broom . Had to purchase my own so I could clean floors before I walked on them . The pans to cook with wanted to vomit when I saw them .Val keeps trying to charge me for invisible people...

Awesome place for families with little ones
Beautiful , Clean , spacious, modern , comfortable townhome to stay with kids . Kids were so exited about these Micky Mouse bedding . Short , fast drive to Disney parks . They even have a strollers for toddlers to use while you are at Disney park . Definitely we are comming back again .
