The initial check in process was a bit rocky. There was a miscommunication error during the booking process and the host was not very receptive to assisting, very rude to be exact. I was directed to the VRBO customer service in which they were helpful and willing to assist with a problem that we did not cause. Other than this rocky beginning, our stay was fantastic. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and the pool was great. The only thing that went wrong towards the end of our stay, the air condition stopped working. We realized it when we returned to the condo from Magic Kingdom, but we did not contact the host
do to our initial interaction at the beginning of our stay, so me made the decision to sleep with the windows open which was fine because it was our last night. The host eventually apologized when informed by VRBO that this was not our error, but the interaction was intense and the service damage had already been done. This is a great property but do to our experience with the host, we have decided not to rent from this platform for our next trip in August.
