I loved everything about the property including the location because most of the stuff to do was walking distance and they had a shuttle to go to places that were a couple of minutes away . 10/10 I would be booking again .

The staff is helpful and nice, complimentary transportation to universal, big nice and clean rooms, building 5 has only 2 elevators for 14 floors full of guests, sometime the wait can be really long, but overall it was very pleasant to be here, I would come back again!

The property is located in a convenient location. Driving around 15 minutes to everywhere. The room is tidy, clean and have a great parking lot that easy to parking.

Staff never answered front desk phone. Staff unfriendly. Never replaced empty tissue box even after asking at the front desk. Paint chipping off of door trim. Most rooms have a terrible view. No easy access between buildings or onto 2nd floor. No porter to help with bags. Lunch and dinner options on property terrible 😔

First of all they charged us more money than what was supposed to be based on the reservation I had made through Expedia. That being said, I was even more disappointed when walking through the facilities I realized that there was lack of cleanliness. Strong pee odor around the pool area wich we never used because this.The property was dirty overall. Corridor carpets dusty and smell wasn’t good. Our room also smelled musty, the TV didn’t work neither the telephone. Housekeeping just limited to make beds and change towels barely… the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even once at least during our 4 day stay.
