Great location, beautiful view, nice pool.
Felt very safe and comfortable. Location is reasonably close to Disney, Universal, I4 freeway and airport. Pool was big and nice with lots of pool deck lounge chairs. Dock was nice with some updating construction work on the dock ongoing. Bar on the pool deck was a nice feature. There is music coming from pool deck all day so if you are looking for a quiet balcony not for you. Could have had a few more kitchen amenities like a Keurig and few more pots but was workable. Main TV is a little small but worked great. Master bedroom mattress could use replacing as a bit saggy, but all was clean. Jacuzzi tub was wonderful. All the amenities that were provided worked great. Very nice mini golf beside the property, very close walking distance to Dollar store, Chik-fil-a, McDonalds, Wendys, 7-11, Bahama Breeze. Short drive to Outlet mall stores and Publix.

Blue Heron Condo
The 1-BR unit is on the 10th floor of the Blue Heron Beach Resort with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is no beach, but there is an excellent pool. The owner, Charles, is more generous than most in providing essentials including paper products and cleaning basics. There was a minor glitch with the unit’s AC system that occurred on Super Bowl Sunday. I contacted Charles who got on it immediately and found a repair technician on a Sunday(!) and the problem was resolved. The furnishings and wall art gave a tropical vacation feel. The only oddity is that the bedroom is adjacent to the resort’s hallway with a window that faces the hallway outside, so the window remained closed and curtained throughout my stay. In all other respects the condo was well above average.

Relaxation after the end of a long day
From the moment I entered the condo, I felt I was at home. There was ample room to spread out and the view of Lake Bryan from the balcony was beautiful. The bed wasn't too firm and it wasn't too soft...it was just right! The jetted tub in the master bath was phenomenal after a long day of walking around a large convention! The kitchen had everything I needed to reheat leftovers and the living room was well-lit at night when I wanted to read. Sitting on the balcony at night was really peaceful with little to interrupt me. Parking was in a small garage, so I felt my rental car was safe the entire visit. My only difficulty was the two small elevators taking a long time to reach the floor during the day because everyone is trying to get downstairs at the same time. Overall, this rental was an excellent space, it was clean, and it was in a good location to get to the Orlando Marriott (7 minutes drive!). Should I return to Orlando, I'd love to stay here again!

Hidden Gem!! Loved it!
This place was really cozy and convenient! One thing I appreciated was the amount of elevators and how fast they were. That may not seem like a big deal but I have stayed at spots like this before where I took the stairs due to elevator issues. Anyhow it was super easy to get up and down to the place with close parking. The property was quiet and comfortable. I loved having a washer and dryer in house as we were traveling for several days. The place was spacious and beds comfortable! Pro tip—this unit has the most amazing sunrise from the balcony in the morning and also overlooks the water and pool at night! The pool and hot tub was amazing! I would definitely stay again. We went to universal but this place is great for anyone going to Disney or other attractions as well. Another pro tip- there are stores and restaurants very close by so it was super fast for us to get stuff we needed without driving I-4.

Comfortable and convenient
Used as an alternative to a major hotel while attending a conference. The condo was convenient to the local attractions, comfortable, and far more accommodating than a hotel room. The staff was helpful, amenities appreciated, and property easily accessible. Loved the view from the balcony and could see the Disney fireworks from the bedroom window. Wow.

Quick Getaway
This condo was exactly what we expected/needed for a quick getaway with the family. After reading the reviews, we knew there was a chance for the furniture not to be in the best condition. We found it to be just fine for what we paid for in the area. Despite all the negative reviews about the bed, the master bed itself wasn’t horrible, just a really old box spring that was a bit noisy. We enjoyed the unit and found it available for our next quick trip (we already booked our next stay). Thanks to the property owner for letting us enjoy your little little tropical paradise for the weekend!

This condo had a gorgeous view of Lake Bryan and lovely amenities including the beautiful pool, hot tub, and tiki bar. The condo itself was a bit dated, mattress was uncomfortable, but it was impeccably clean and spacious. The difficulty and mediocre review comes from lack of communication upon check-in. Communication up until that point was great, but the owner had forgotten to put our reservation into the reception computer system, so when we arrived after a long day of traveling to check in we were told by the staff that they had no reservation for us, and they could not let us in to the condo, despite our confirmation code through Expedia. We attempted to message and call the condo owner to no avail and were panicked we had nowhere to stay. Fortunately, the office staff had was able to search through their computer history and find our reservation, but it was double booked with someone else, where the owner had not responded to staff inquiries about which reservation to hold. They did honor our reservation, and the office staff did state that this has happened previously with this particular owner. While the stay after this was flawless, it definitely dampened our first few hours.

Great location, pool is wonderful, fitness center has basic equipment and all appeared to be functional. The condo is in DIRE need of an upgrade. New bed/mattress/box spring in the bedroom and mattresses on the bunks would be a great start. They are completely worn out. The plumbing and lighting fixtures are barely hanging on. Half of the light switches do nothing and the other half are pretty beat up. The shower faucet in the bedroom has a lot of water leaking from the faucet when the shower is turned on. No bath mats were provided, so towels had to be used which worked, but then left us with less towels for showering. Minimal towels and washcloths provided so we washed them daily. The toilets only flush if you hold the handle down leading to the occasional “surprise”. The exhaust fans did NOTHING. I’m surprised there isn’t more of a moisture problem from this issue. The tiny ants are a big problem. I called maintenance about the ants because we saw them everywhere, even in the bathroom. The condo is still very functional, but could be so much nicer with a higher nightly rate collected if these issues were corrected and a facelift completed. Not sure we would stay again, depends on budget. We weren’t there much, so it was ok for our needs.

The apartment was alright overall. The mattress is absolutely horrible like others have stated. The lighting is vey poor and had trouble finding outlets that worked. The host messaged me before check-in and then never responded to me again. I asked a question that he never answered. Spent most of our time outside of the apartment, so it had the things we needed but wouldn't be a place we would want to stay if we planned to spend more time in the apartment.

The property was nice with great views. It was clean which is the most important thing to me. There were no ice trays in the freezer so we had no ice. We were so busy we only got enjoy the pool one morning out of the seven days there. I would definitely stay here again. It's location was very convenient to the parks.

Condo Stay
My husband and I stayed for a small Disney getaway. We visited Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the drive was no more than 15 minutes with traffic. The property was as it was listed. It was clean and seemed well kept. I did read prior reviews before staying and I will agree with all the others that the master bed was HORRIBLE. It made for a horrible night sleep but wasn’t a deal breaker for the condo. The owner, Charles was incredibly easy to get in contact with the questions we had prior and front desk check in and out was a breeze. The pool was well kept and the mini bar at the pool was a nice addition for a kid-less vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again in the future.

Ok stay. Needs to be cleaned better inbetween rentals. We also did not have enough towels and no dishwasher soap or tp. The desk was accommodating and gave me soap and tp. Also pit a work order on for burnt out light bulbs.

The property was almost like the picture. I was perfect for what we needed. The location was great. It was close to all the theme parks. The previous reviews about the bed was correct it’s not very comfortable but we managed. It was great for what we needed. Great price, great location and yes I would stay again. Hopefully he will do something about the bed.. I enjoyed my stay. Also front staff at check in were awesome. They were very friendly. I felt very safe there, which was important to me.

Great Price, Great Location and Great Property
We stayed 3 days for a Disney visit. The price was amazing. The view and property was beautiful. There were several local businesses that were in walking distance. Great price for a Disney stay! We were at the parks the majority of our stay. Next time, we would like to enjoy the pool and outdoor settings. Other reviews were accurate about the mattress and furniture. However, we were completely satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

Beautiful balcony view. Great location. Can see disney fireworks from the balcony by elevator...not your own balcony. But we will not be staying at this unit again. My body hurts from the terrible bedroom mattress...bedframe and bed need to be replaced. Used the jacuzzi tub and black slime came out of the jets...didn't know it until water was drained...so gross...appliances need replacing. No shampoo or conditioner bottles. The soap barely lathered...other than the balcony view and pool....it was a pretty disappointing place to spend our 5 year anniversary.

The location of the property alone can guarantee above average rating but other areas need vast improvements. We used to be regular at this place but this was the first in 5 years. The place lost its original charm of clean-and-tidy-ness. door handles were loose in the master bedroom and bathroom. One of the bathroom fans was not working, fogging the unit, bedsheets were old and pilling. Some of kitchen utensils were broken and scrubbers/kitchen towels were ripped.....

Condo was affordable and met our needs (we were not there much due to planning for daughter’s wedding) but not super comfortable. There was a beautiful view, nice pool area, but condo decor needs updated. WORST mattress I have ever slept on (was forced to sleep on couch). On first impressions clean but needs a good thorough cleaning.
