Sink stopper not working, towel rack loose

Did not use the swimming pool, it's dirty. The best thing is that it's near restaurants, near Disney world and airport

Nice location but no cold water

No cold water half the time. Makes for a scalding miserable shower. Their idea of fixing it is to repeatedly flush toilet while running water and if lucky it will cool down after about a dozen flushes. Many rooms without cold water. Ridiculous!

Comfy clean rooms. Great staff and shuttles. Food choices were not great and the breakfast buffet was expensive. Great resort overall. The distance to Disney springs was great too.

Stay at best western

Nice hotel. Close walking distance to disney springs. Room smelled musty. Had a view of the roof top airconditioner...got on wrong bus to magic kingdom. Thought all buses go to all parks. Ended up in Epcot...

We are so sorry about the shuttle mix up. All shuttles have reader boards that state which park they are going to. Glad you chose our hotel and enjoyed the stay.

Excellent and convenient hotel for Disney Visit

We felt BW is a very convenient and good hotel for families visit Disney . Rooms were very clean. Shuttle service to Disney Parks is an added advantage. No complaints , as an improvement I would recommend for a microwave Owen in rooms.

Terrible experience

I found three cockroaches living in the bathroom all at different times, it was disgusting and it made my stay here terrible. We called the office and they said there was nothing they could do which was very rude, they could have moved us to another room or even remotely try to accommodate us in some way

Great hotel, awesome location!

Pros: View from our room was awesome! Quiet and location of the hotel, so close to the parks!
Cons: The beds were supposed to be queen sized but they seemed a little small but we made it work!
Location: Close to Disney Springs, food galore, buses ran right on schedule!
Check in was a breeze, Brad helped bring our bags to the room and was so helpful! Chandi was full of information about Disney and where the best spot in the hotel was to see the fireworks! We walked in our room and the view was amazing, better than what I expected! I asked for us to be on the highest flood available and Ken at check-in delivered! We will definitely be back!

NEVER STAY HERE

All except housekeeping were absolutely rude and nasty. Ever room wreaked of cigarette smoke, because people smoke on the balconies. Management and front desks answer to this problem was to spray air freshener. Housekeeping did what they could. But everyone else was horrible. I'm disabled, and they argued with me to point of my pressure rising so high, and I had a seizure when I was back at my room. They didn't care. Only housekeeping cared and was concerned for me. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Denise - I am rather concerned at your review as I know nothing of these events. We do not allow smoking in rooms or balconies and in fact, charge guests who do when we are able to identify them. We would not argue with any guest about any issue - we strive to handle all issues immediately to the very best of our ability. I apologize that your stay was not to your satisfaction.
