Perfect Location!
This was perfect for our stay at Disney! We had 5 kids under 9, and the pool was perfect for all of them on our break days from the park. We were very close to Disney, but we were able to avoid the crowd of the resorts. I would definitely recommend this home.

Clean and Nice
The rental was wonderful BUT we booked it for the small pool and also paid extra for the pool heating. Unfortunately, the heater did not work and it took some back and forth with management to get the heater fixed. It was never fixed during our stay, so we never were able to use the pool.

Great location
The house is a great location to going to all the parks. We Uber to all the parks and it was great. Overall, the house was clean except for the living room area. We had to clean that ourselves. The living room furniture is very worn and very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great stay with adult children. Everyone had their own bedroom and we had enough space so we weren’t on top of each other just wished we all could’ve hung out in the living room together while watching football games on New Year’s Day.

Family Disney Trip
This property was clean and in a gated community and approximately 15 minutes from the Disney parks. The pool heater does not work, so do not waste money heating it, that was very disappointing. Other than that our experience was fine.

Spacious & convenient
Nicely sized property for our family, 3 adults and 2 teens. The proximity to Disney resorts was great and in a nice gated community. The 2 minor complaints we had were with the pool heat (which either didn’t heat very well or didn’t work) and the air conditioning in the house. Despite trying to keep the inside temp at 72, it would be a constant 78 degrees inside and there were no fans outside the master bedroom to circulate air at night. Other than that, the property is really nice and spacious.

Sorry to hear you had issues with the air conditioning and the pool heating. Pool heating needs to be paid in advance as it can take 24 hours to heat the pool. We did send an invoice for you to pay prior to arrival, but this was not paid despite emailing you with reminders. We advise all guests to contact us as soon as possible so we discuss any issues, as there is a high chance we can get them rectified during your stay. We can also send maintenance round to fix any issues reported.

Great place to stay for Universal & Disney. Short drive to all the parks. House was clean and felt very bright and fresh and updated! We also enjoyed the neighborhood amenities—big pool with water slides and mini golf!

The property was mostly as described, unfortunately, it was as another renter described too. The bathrooms need a good cleaning, the couch is extremely uncomfortable and stained as are the counter stools. Both are stained enough had to buy disposable pads to be able to sit on this furniture. Paid extra to have pool heated, had to call multiple time pool not warm, skimmer not working although staff was very responsive and quick to fix issues when your on vacation you don't want to keep calling you just want what you paid for. Resort pool area was always so crowded never did get to use facility, was 1/2 mile away from unit so had to use car, but the area never had a parking space available when we tried to go. Over all okay, but not for the cost.

Amazing Family Vacation
The place looks exactly like it did in pictures. Service and location are superb! Very close and a super easy drive to Disney! Plenty of space for the family. There are signs of wear and tear and floors, carpets, and bathrooms could use a deeper clean. A bigger couch or sectional would be an ideal upgrade for the whole family to relax after a long day at the parks. Overall a great stay and we'll come back for our next visit! Thank you!

Location, Location, Location!
This Storey Lake property resides in a beautiful, well-kept, quiet development with fantastic amenities. This is a gated community property with a resort style pool, super fun splash pad, lazy river, tube slides, and poolside bar. The property is conveniently located less than 15 minutes, door to door, to Disney theme parks and 25 minutes to Disney Springs. By far the best location we have stayed at for park access. The house appears bigger than it is in the photos, but provided sufficient space for my family of eight. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were clean and neatly appointed. The kitchen area was clean and included cookware, dishes, glassware, cutlery, and utensils. The living room, which is right off the kitchen could have used a more thorough cleaning as well as a new rug, or no rug at all, and an updated pullout couch. We found a previous guests swimsuit behind the couch and other items under the rug. The small pool in the backyard was well-maintained and the perfect temperature and just the right size for the children in our family. I recommend getting the pool heated, which we did and it worked out well for evening swimming. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our 9 day stay, which were quickly remedied. We arrived to find broken box springs in the master bedroom, which disrupted our sleep the first night. The following day we called maintenance and shortly after someone arrived with two brand new box springs. A few days later a door knob fell off the bathroom door and, once again, maintenance promptly arrived to fix the issue. All things considered, this is a beautiful, well-located property. My family and I had a fantastic time at Storey Lake and we look forward to our next visit!

Beds and distances from Disney
Overall it was a very nice place. They supposedly have quiet hours but there were some drunk girls next to us (extremely loud) which woke us up but could not figure out what number to call to report. The beds were not really comfortable and the distance from Disney was not accurate. We did enjoy our stay but a couple things that were fair rating.

There should not be parties on the resort, all music should be turned off for 10pm every-night. If this goes on later security should be called to close it down.
