I found the staff to be very friendly which was a plus..Housekeeping lacked. It was not until the 3rd day room was done. I did have ask at the front desk for clean towels which they did send up fairly quickly, that was day 3. Upon checking out I asked for a copy of receipt and was told it would be emailed to me they could not provide me with a copy, To date still have not received.

There are many dinning options available nearby. The breakfast buffet is limited. Go to Golden Corral which is within walking distance to get more options and for cheaper or the same price as buffet. Our first room smelled mildewy once we opened the door. We later found out the carpet was soaking wet, perhaps from the ac. Who knows. They switched us to another room. This room has a weird smell from the get go. We opened the window and front door to air it out. It seemed to help. But there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. The location is great for Disney world and to the outlets.

The hotel rooms were outdated and there was a musty smell in the hallways. There was construction material laying on the carpet in front of two elevators on the 4th floor at the elevators closest to the parking lot on either side. We found out about the construction material on the other side of the floor after we had to get a room transfer due to a leaky a/c. We tried calling the front desk over and over and over for 30 minutes and no one picked up the phone so I had to walk down to the front desk to report the leaky a/c. While I was at the front desk, one of the housekeeping staff walked in on my wife when my wife was not dressed. My wife yelled twice through the door when they knocked that "someone was still in the room and to please come back later" and instead they opened the door while my wife was getting dressed and they would not close the door even though my wife was holding a shirt in front of her to try to cover up. The housekeeper did not speak english and would not shut the door after multiple times of my wife asking "Ma'am I am not dressed, please close the door". She just held the door open asking something in spanish and holding a cell phone. The hotel did issue a $100 credit to our bill, however between everything that happened it just made for a very disappointing part of what should have been a great family trip. We have stayed at other Marriott Courtyards in the past, but this one was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had on any trip.

The hotel was nice! The gentleman at the front desk check us in quickly and clearly. Our rooms were clean and tidy and really quiet except for the hum of the air conditioner. The beds were super comfy but reaching a point where they may need to be switched out soon due to long use.Bathroom and shower worked and were clean.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and I had during our recent stay at the Springhill Suites Orlando from April 12th to April 18th. Our reservation was originally made with the Courtyard via Expedia, and we were anticipating a pleasant stay based on the positive reviews and images of the property. However, upon arrival, we were informed that due to overbooking, we were being relocated to the Springhill Suites. #3243 & #3273 Understandably, we were disappointed by this unexpected change, as the Springhill Suites is a different category of property compared to the Courtyard. Despite our expressed disagreement, the receptionist offered a mere $10 voucher per room per day and breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience caused. While this gesture was appreciated, it did not adequately compensate for the downgrade in accommodations. Furthermore, upon experiencing the breakfast provided at the Springhill Suites, we found it to be very average. It was at this point that we discovered breakfast was already included in our booking at the Springhill Suites, rendering the offer of complimentary breakfast as a form of compensation meaningless In an attempt to address our concerns and seek a resolution, we visited the Courtyard to discuss the situation. It was during this encounter that we had the displeasure of meeting Simon, the Supervisor on duty. Simon's attitude towards my wife and me was appalling. was disrespectful, argumentative

Close to Disney and other attractions. Especially close to Disney Springs. This hotel had all the usual ammenitities I associate and appreciate about Marriott Courtyard, but felt a bit more resort-like with very gracious landscaped pool area with lounge chairs, waterfall and dining. Rooms and beds were comfortable and quiet, with easy access and parking.

My only issue is that, the location fee and parking fee wasn't communicated to me before I reserved the rooms. There is a 10.00 a room location fee and a parking fee. The Hotels are already over priced as it is. But to charge a parking fee on top of the Guests Hotel fee is absurd. The Marriott is too greedy. I will never stay at the Marriott again.

Restroom was very small and did not have any lotions for the amount that we paid $199 a night was not worth it. Especially for being a Marriott . The restrooms on first floor were all clogged up.

Liked that Marriott Village has 3 hotels that share amenities. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, actually why I chose this hotel. Also, close to several restaurants that are within close walking distance. I had an issue with the heat/air, it was a chilly 46 when I was there and the heat would not go above 72 in my room, also sheets had musty mildew smell

The staff is amazing! We had walked into our room and it was missing the balcony. We went back to front desk and they fixed it immediately. The room was clean and so was the entire environment. Highly recommend for a couple getaway or a family trip with a bigger room.

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel before the Ac was out and there was a crime scene happening in the parking lot as well. Once we got to the room it was the worst moldy smell ever ! We asked for a new room and they gave us one but it was even worse than the first. We had to leave the hotel and go to a new one. Extremely disappointed hopefully something you guys can do to help.
