I stay 3 nights in this hotel. Nice hotel that is better I believe than my review will tell. First of all, my bed was very uncomfortable. Too deep and soft. Maybe just my preference but I usually have no difficulty sleeping. There I woke up after 3hours of sleep and could not go back to sleep. On the first night I thought there was bad noise insulation. In the am, I found out that my window had been left open because a dead dry frog was blocking the window... I bet the cleaning crew was not interested in getting that frog away. Once I did it, I cold close the window and the noise magically was reduced. Then on the 2nd day when I came back in the room I notice that the cleaning crew did not vacuum the carpet nor did refill the tea/coffee supply. Then, at breakfast time, time for pastries... Sadly they were dry and probably several day old. Anyway, great potential but I was disappointed by several areas of the service.

I am meeting with the housekeeping team to see where we fell short in servicing your room and check into where we missed a step, as we have processes in place to double check our rooms before we mark them off as clean and ready.
