It was my first time here and I must say it was remarkable. Their beds are super comfortable and it was the best sleep I've had during the entire duration of my trip. Stone's throw away from International Drive, Outlet Malls and Parks. Breakfast was lovely. Payment for parking is expensive and unnecessary in my opinion but good overall experience

They charge $16 per day for parking now which they never used to. They used to have coffee available at all times with creamer. Now no coffee at any time other than breakfast which was hit ot miss there. No creamer now at all. Breakfast was always lacking (no syrup for waffles 2 days of our 6, no fruit 3 days of our 6, no plates 2 days of our 6) No soap or body wash in shower/bathroom and didnt have regular soap until our very last day. Arrived on Monday and asked for room to be cleaned on Wednesday and they didn’t clean it until Friday because we called again. We left on Sunday. Gym is very small and missing weights. Icon Park is really close and tons to do and eat within walking distance. Area is awesome. Stayed here for the 3rd year in a row and it'll be our last.

Great location and room. Breakfast could use additional staff, and improve the waffle situation for a hotel of that capacity. Didn’t appreciate the paid parking that was implemented since our last stay here, but overall would recommend.

Next to Icon Park and close to Universal Studios. Expedia listed parking as included, but it wasn't ($16/day). Minor issues with room for sticking and shower dripping. Free breakfast and shuttle to Universal was great. 3.5 out of 5.

They didn’t have detergent, also the staff was not helpful or corteous to answer to our issues, Toilet paper was not provided or refilled also soap was not refilled towels were not refilled, pretty much we had to go out of our way to get all these things and go to Walgreens to get detergent since they didn’t even give a timeframe as to when they were going to get it.

Upon arrival I found out that parking is an additional $16 per night. They could give free parking to guests and charge the other people to use it if they are going next door. Shower wouldn’t turn off and had hair all thru my towels.

Property is close to everything you need. I-drive is completely walkable, 24 hours store 5 mins walk. Staff are incredible. I liked early breakfast too. The hotel seems well used and can feel a little tired but I would stay again

Staff and breakfast were good and close to restaurants. The rooms could use some TLC as it’s slightly dated. I enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby with marshmallows. They also offered coffee, tea and water with lemon as well. We arrived a couple hours early and were allowed to check in which was fantastic. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The fact that they have the audacity alone to charge $16 a day for parking at a building that you are staying in AND the lot is so small that if you leave and come back there is NOWHERE to park. Also, the room doors were ridiculously loud and hard to open. When a room nearby would close their door it woke us all up. Never mind the fire alarm went off ALL NIGHT on our first stay, and halfway through the next day. I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Bear with me as this is lengthy due to the many issues. We went to Orlando for the weekend and chose this Marriott due to its location on I-drive close to the Ferris Wheel and restaurants. However! The first realization was we had to pay for parking, $16 a night...more on that in a moment. The hotel was advertised as newly renovated, it looked decent in the lobby and hallways. Our room was OK, not sure when the renovation had taken place but our shower needed to be cranked off or it would just run and the A/C was so loud we couldn't hear the television. Not that big a deal for us as we just wanted the room to crash after spending long days out. Then at 1:30 in the morning the fire alarm sounded. We jumped up and headed into the hallway with everyone else then the alarm quieted. 30 minutes later, alarm again. This continued at least three more times during the night. At 6:30 am, again with the fire alarm. No sleep. Next day we were gone all day and night until about midnight. When we returned, there was no parking, at all. The rude front clerk said he would refund my money, but then asked how we paid for it? I said we used the QR code you provided and told us to use? He then said well that's a third party and I can't do anything about it. ??!! He then sent us to a parking garage about a block away with a walk along dark alleyways to get back to the hotel! BTW No manager on site and the staff stated they couldn't reach him as he wasn't returning calls...

The property was great and the staff was very helpful! Breakfast was yummy and a good variety. Our only complaint was the loud music. Our room viewed icon park and the shopping plaza, so I’m not sure if it was coming from there or cars in a parking lot. We woken up many times until 3am with music blaring during both nights of our stay.

Rooms need some love
Rooms are old…bathroom tile was uneven and grimy looking, bathroom had some hairs and toilet hadn’t been as clean as it should be. Bed sunk in the middle, old worn out mattress. It’s fine if you have low expectations and a low rate.
