The place looks like a shelter. The population and everything. I looked at the pictures online and saw what looked to be a decent hotel to spend my vacation at an affordable price. From the outside it looks fine but inside was a different story. My room was terrible. The faucet of the tub was constantly running and didn’t turn off. The bathroom looked extremely worn down with mildew on the tub. And the bathroom door was beginning to rot and break. It felt anything but homey. The population there wasn’t any better. Walking down the halls, there was this strong distinct smell that I couldn’t recognize, it just wasn’t pleasant. They also had a pool that they said was closed for construction. When I looked out my window, there wasn’t any work that looked like was being done on the pool at all. It’s almost like they didn’t want to have extra work for themselves by having it open. I would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

I booked this hotel months in advance. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were closed indefinitely and obviously had been for quite a while. Nothing on the property, or in the room worked. Plus, they charged an extra $10/day once you checked in, even though I paid for everything online in advance. The only way it could have been worse, would have been actual dead bodies in the room.

Nothing like the photos or the description! We got on site and check in was easy lobby was out dated and the check in worker was nice. Then we got to the door of the hall way and the door was broken and the hall way smelled like weed and it was smoky even though it was a smoke free hotel. We got to our room door and the room was moldy and the smell from the weed and smoking was also in the room. The bathroom shower was leaking. And you can tell it has been leaking for a while because the puddle was moldy. The toilet made a noise. And the window view from the room to the damaged pool was terrible and unsafe. In the room you can hear everything from the other rooms, hallway and pool area. The bedding looked uncleaned and very old. It was just terrible we had to leave right ways if we spent more then 10 minutes it was to much. Don’t waste your time for the same price we spent for two rooms we found an airbnb house with 3 bedroom, kitchen, pool and more!!! And the service with expedia has been terrible they haven’t refunded my payment or helped in any way.

The issues I faced at the property was that when I checked into my room I noticed that the whole room was very dirty crumbs and tissues all over the floor including cereal. There was also stains all over the bed and pillow cases. The bathroom was dirty as well. It looked like the bed was put together, but the room not cleaned at all. I then realized they put us into the wrong room as well. We were put into 2 smaller beds when we booked one king bed for our room. We then told the front desk and 30 minutes later they said our room was ready even though that’s what we originally booked to begin with. The new room did not match the pictures as well as there were knobs from the dressers missing and the bed frame was all pealed. There were cigarette burns in the blanket with holes and also a piece of hair in the bed. The place seemed like it need a very good deep cleaning. I did not feel safe, comfortable, or clean. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting for there room and we’ll. We were also charged resort fees even thought the pool was closed. Our overall experience wasn’t very good. Very unorganized and disgusting rooms we are put in as well as the wrong room. I hope this improves or is taken off Expedia to book. People don’t deserve false advertising through the pictures being way nicer.

Title: A Nightmare Experience: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs If you're in the market for an unforgettable disaster of an accommodation, look no further than Floridian express hotel. This place embodies everything you don't want in a hotel: filth, neglect, and an overall disregard for basic hygiene. Let's start with the rooms, which could double as the setting for a horror movie. The floors were a mosaic of unidentified stains, the windows so grimy you'd swear they were frosted, and the sheer abundance of hair scattered around the room made it feel more like a pet grooming salon than a place of rest. And don't even get me started on the bathroom. Disaster doesn't even begin to cover it. Every surface was coated in a thick layer of grime, with mold making a valiant effort to reclaim the space as its own. The pièce de résistance? A non-functioning drain that turned every shower into a wading pool of horrors. In conclusion, if you enjoy the feeling of your skin crawling and the constant fear of contracting some medieval disease, by all means, book a room at [Hotel Name]. But for the rest of humanity, do yourself a favor and steer clear. You'll thank me later.

Idk where to start. The room was dirty af. The beds had bugs. Everywhere had hair, dirt, stains. The bathtub wasn’t draining. The windows had MOLD on them. The curtains couldn’t close and open. There were bugs everywhere. This hotel needs to be inspected by the city of Orlando. People can get serious sick here. The towels were so dirty and had stains on them. People were screaming outside of our window. At night you will see weird people walking around in the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. use your money somewhere else. It’s a DISASTER!!!!
