Our home is your total escape from the outside world! Nestled in an exclusive community, experience tranquility as you enter the gated subdivision, "The Shire at West Haven", surrounded by conservation and beauty of nature.

*15-20 mins drive to Disney World & Sunset Walk (sunsetwalk.com) H2O Waterpark, Studio Movie Grill, Game Time & more!
*Close to all shopping and restaurants
*Pool & Spa Heat is EXTRA CHARGE of $40 Daily.
*Not a Hot tub / Spa Only
*No BBQ Grill Allowed

ATTENTION: ONLY 2 cars can park in the driveway. Please don't park your car in the street, grass, or sidewalk because you will get towed.

Note: Pool and Spa share one system, therefore, both has to be heated for an extra charge of $40 per day. Spa only is $25 per day. Pool and spa heat is on for 8 hours in a day. Please know that during colder months, heat may not reach target temperature of 84 degrees. Pool & spa heat is non-refundable and must be reserved for the entire duration of your stay.

Highly recommend!
We had 3 adults, 1 teenager and a 3 year old. This was very spacious and plenty of room for us all. Having tvs in all the bedrooms was great! The beds were comfortable. This was one of many places weve stayed and was by far the cleanest we've ever had. Loved the safety of gated community and was close to all the major activities. Thank you for the amazing memories.

Incredible Property
We loved this property! My mom and I went on a mother/daughter vacation and rented this property. The owner Joy was amazing. She checks in to make sure everything is going great and provides incredible details of the property and expectations. Having a pool and spa right at the home was amazing. The gated neighborhood is beautiful and centrally located. A grocery store is right down the road if you would like to utilize the kitchen. Disney is a little over 30 minute drive and Clearwater Beach about an hour and a half. The property is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. We will absolutely rent this property in the future. Thank you Joy! Amanda

Good Choice for families....
Pros: This property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was also quiet. The house is spacious, has a good layout & had everything we needed in the kitchen. We used three of the four bedrooms and everyone thought their bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool and spa very much. The location was great for us with regard to Disney and MCO airport. We also found plenty of stores nearby to get anything we needed. Cons: We realize a lot of people have surveillance cameras these days, but wish it would have been disclosed in the listing. Perhaps it was and I missed it. It probably wouldn't have been a deal breaker but it would have been nice to know ahead of time just for the sake of full disclosure. Bonus: As animal lovers, we thought the Sandhill Cranes that hangout in the neighborhood and fly over were awesome! Overall, this is a really nice home/location.

Home had great layout and room. Mastresses could have been more comfortable and could have used more small plastic glasses and plates for younger children. Pool and hotvtub were nice but pool never really heated upcwarm enough to swim in it so kids swam in hot tub! Game room in the garage was a super big hit!! Best part of the house for our family!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. The owner was excellent with their communication and the house was exactly what we saw online. Only downfall was the heater for the spa turned off around 7:30 pm. We will 1000% stay here again if opportunity presents.

The size of the house was good for our family. The owners were available whenever I texted with questions. The Game room was great, however the beds were too soft for my liking, tvs in bedroom would randomly stop working and they didn’t supply enough of anything - 2 toilet tissue rolls and only 1 paper towel, no shampoo or soap. I’ve stayed in several rental homes and they would have stock of some items. Be aware there’s extra fees on the spa jets as well as heating the pool/spa. Overall nice house but I will not stay here again.

Amazing property and vacation location
We stayed at this property for two weeks and enjoyed a fabulous vacation. The property is exactly as advertised, very spacious, modern and in a great location. Joy the property manager was fantastic and very easy to deal with.. Joy was quick to answer queries and provided all the information needed to make the stay as good as possible. The location, just of Champions Gate provides easy access to a number of amenities and is a 15-20 minute drive to the Disney parks. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again in the future.

House was great had a few issues that were dealt with quickly and politely. Wish i would have known about all of the rules before booking especially the ones about cooking. We were planning on cooking most of the time but ended up getting takeout everyday spending over a hundred each meal that was not in my budget because of the cooking restrictions. But overall a great stay.

Clean House and a Great Pool!
I can't say enough about how clean the house (and pool) was! Bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen, all extremely clean. Even the kitchen utensils were organized and lined up in the drawer! The house was well furnished with plenty of space for a large family. The combined living room, dining room, and kitchen were the absolute best! 5 people could easily move around in the kitchen at the same time with space to spare. The house sat 8 at the dining room table, 5 + at the glass kitchen table, and 4 more on stools at the bar height kitchen counter. If the kids needed some "kid space" they could use the game room in the garage. Lastly, with 3 bathrooms, we never had a waiting-to-get-ready issue. Pool and spa were just right for cooling off and relaxing. Loved the table outside on the patio. It rained a few times and we could still sit outside. The gated community was amongst other really nice homes. Very quiet. This house's backyard was the edge of the neighborhood so we had nothing but trees behind us! I did give 4 stars vs. 5 for location because interstate 4 has become the bottleneck of traffic for Orlando. This is NOT something that the home owners can control, but it should be factored into your rental. I4 was pretty backed up between Orlando and Champion's Gate most of the time. Having said that, grocery stores and restaurants are less than 7 minutes away. All in all, terrific rental. We'll be back for sure!

It seems some things have been updated in the home for the better. Bulbs-lights were burned out at the front porch-made it challenging coming home late at night as the keypad also no longer lights up. The pool has what appears to be lights inside of it but after we tried to locate the switch, owner advised no lights. It was for this reason our girls didn’t really feel comfortable using it. The master bed has a large egg crate on it-for the cost I would have preferred a more hotel-quality mattress, but we were so exhausted after the parks it didn’t matter. The ice machine-couldn’t figure out how to turn it on-when I contacted the owner they advised it wasn’t working. Home was more than enough space for a large family-our girls even at their age loved the princess themed room they used. Can’t comment on the game room because we never had the time to use it. Owner was communicative and knows of all these issues I reported. None were able to be resolved during our stay but she advised I could leave the hall light on to illuminate the porch in place of the front porch light-unfortunately that didn’t work-so I just used my cell phone flashlight. It’s in a fantastic quiet and gated community and you can tell residents take pride in their homes, to include these owners.
