Welcome to The Palm View Estate located in beautiful Formosa Gardens Estates. This newly upgraded 3900 square foot, 7 bedrooms, 6-bath villa is within 2 miles of the main gates to Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

This luxurious professionally decorated vacation home boasts a total of 4 King Master suites all with there own master bathrooms and flat screen TVs. 3 located on the ground floor and one upstairs on the 2nd floor. In addition there is a Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom on the ground floor and 2 children’s theme rooms upstairs. One kids room equipped with 2 sets twin bunk beds and the second kids room, with another 2 sets of twin Bunk bed, for combined total of 8.

The kids' rooms share a full bathroom. After a long hot day at the parks relax and enjoy the enclosed 30x15 free form heated pool and watch the kids play in the Mickey Mouse shaped children’s pool.

We now offer a movie screening room with access to online movies, a large outdoor lanai and kitchen featuring a large BBQ, sink and dishwasher and large screen TV.

Four generations, 7 adults, 1 child
A 6 year old with parents, 2 aunts, grandparents and a great grandmother. The house was perfect for all. The outside space is extremely comfortable, with an outdoor barbecue and dishwasher making eating at home convenient. (Helpful as we found few good take out options). The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We all enjoyed hanging out at the lovely pool and hot tub. Probably my favorite time of the week. Driving to all the Disney or Universal parks was very easy. We also really enjoyed the theatre. Very easy to stream movies, or share pictures from a laptop.

Excellent!
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had four generations staying here. The home is fully equipped with everything you will need. The pool was great for everyone, especially the little mickey pool for our grandchildren. The covered gazebo with the built in grill was perfect for us. This is a definite five star home. Do not hesitate to rent this home.

Five Star Stay! Perfect for Large Groups
This vacation rental gets a perfect 5-star rating from our entire group! The house was impeccably clean and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the property manager was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. The location was fantastic - close to many attractions and in a lovely neighborhood. We especially loved the outdoor space - the pool, grill, and seating area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The house itself was incredibly spacious and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed. The in-house theater was a huge hit, and there was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax. Overall, this was an exceptional vacation rental experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable place to stay in a great location.

A gem!
This place is fantastic! We are a family of 6 and this worked perfectly. If you are traveling with little ones this is where you need to stay. There are multiple strollers at the property—so don’t worry about traveling with yours (unless you’re particularly attached) Loads of space for lounging outside, close to all things Orlando and only an eight minute drive to target! (well, assuming you don’t get stuck in the traffic) 😉

Just what we wanted
Large group ranging from grandparents, children and grandchildren. Description, and photos accurate. Nice and clean, as is the whole of the gated community. Very quite. Disney a short drive, Universal about 30mins, depending on traffic. Plenty restaurants along the 192. Had a couple of whole days spent outside the large area where the grandkids never got out of the pool. Only slight negative, some of furniture showing signs of wear, mainly the cushions and seating in outside area, but I wouldn't mark it down for that, and would thoroughly recommend.

An amazing stay…
We had a lovely stay at this amazing Villa. The villa is convenient for all the Disney parks and very close to a huge Walmart. The villa itself had ample room for a family of 14. The swimming pool and outdoor BBQ and dining area was excellent. The Cinema Room was great for everyone to chill out in the evening. Overall, we had an amazing time staying in the villa and would love to return again sometime.

Great vacation home
It's an excellent well equipped home for a large family. Really enjoyed the pool area and movie room. Our only complaint was the air conditioner, the house started to get very warm in the afternoons upstairs up to 84 degrees and downstairs 79 even after the HVAC technician's service call.

Beautiful Outdoor Area
The outdoor space was better than we could have imagined. Other than sleeping, we spent all of our time out there. The sun deck with the lounge chairs was a nice bonus and was used a lot. The lounging area with the couches was priceless. The kids loved the pool and the kiddie pool was a hit for the younger kids. The hot tub actually got hot, which seems to be rare for rentals in Florida. They have a ton of beach towels for pool use, which was very nice with that large of a group. There were a few very small issues in the house, but nothing that would prompt a negative review. The house manager was easy to contact and was able to assist with our minor issues. This house was perfect for our extended family stay. The 4 master suites worked out great. We hope to visit the property again in the future. Jonathan was helpful with answering questions about the home prior to the trip and this allowed us to prepare for packing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We loved every minute of our 9 days there.

Great location for Disney
The Formosa Gardens Estate is probably the best we’ve stayed on. The properties are all slightly different and huge! From leaving the house to parking at the Disney theme parks is only 15 minutes (if the 192 isn’t too busy!) The house is very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Also lots of kitchen ware which was very useful for a large number of people! We used the outside kitchen & BBQ on one occasion and although it states that you should leave the BBQ clean and ready to use (there was a fine if you didn’t!) we had to give it a really good clean first which was a bit disappointing. That being said it worked well and having an extra fridge and dishwasher out there is a bonus. The house was clean on arrival, it has a good layout and the estate itself was mostly quiet. There are a few things that could be improved to make the house even better. Some of the sinks either didn’t drain very well or the plug didn’t stay in! There was definitely a knack to the kitchen sink as you had to turn it off in a particular way to stop it dripping! The showers were ok but didn’t have a lot of power. We had a few issues while we were there. Firstly the fridge had a problem with the water supply to the ice maker. Once we’d managed to turn off the water we had no ice making facility and had to empty the large drip tray every few days to prevent water everywhere. Unfortunately the nature of the issue could not be solved while we were there as the management were unable to get the specific part needed. A word of advice with regards to the pool. We had paid for pool heating (it was February) and the temperature was lovely. My 4 year old Grandson loved the kids Mickey pool. However, there was one day when we weren’t going to any of the parks and as the weather was good were going to have a pool day. Unfortunately, that day the water was freezing! A phone call to the management and apparently it was because the water level was too low. By the time we’d used the hose to fill it and the heating system had started working again it was late in the afternoon. I think there needs to be a notice somewhere stating that the heating will stop working if the water level is too low. Overall a good location and enough room for lots of family and friends to stay in.

Great spot
Perfect location for the Disney parks. Longest Uber or Lyft was 15 minutes at rush hour. Disney Plus in the theater was awesome, 80 inch screen and theater seats! Pool awesome, heated and hot tub heated up in less than 15 minutes.

Great location for theme parks
We stayed during October 2022. This villa generously met the needs of 3 families. We each had our own space to retreat to as well as great social areas both inside & outside. The children loved the pool & hot tub after a long day at the Parks. The location of the villa was close to Disney & Universal parks as well as the 192 which offered multiple restaurant choices. When we had any queries they were dealt with & resolved immediately. We were sad to return home after a great 2 weeks.

The location is great! The outside area was wonderful! A few things were disappointing for us and the amount of money we spent on the rental. We had ants all over 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and the bathroom by the pool. We bought ant traps and had to clean them up before settling in. Yuck! The air conditioning was spotty. The theater and bedroom by the theater were always hot. We also didn’t care for the musty smell through out the house. The refrigerator temperature wouldn’t adjust and froze a lot of our food/drinks which we had to throw away. Also, the main living room TV does not work properly. We had to reset it almost every time we turned it on….long delay in response when using remote.

Surpurb stay!
We had a great experience. The villa is very well located close enough to all the theme parks, shopping and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. With 11 members of the family ranging from 2 yrs to 80 yrs the villa layout was superb, with a great level of quality (especially the beds) and décor. Pool alarm system can be demanding, especially when it goes into fault in middle of the night. Despite this all member of the family loved the pool, especially with the heat keeping it at about 28 degrees. The outdoor living area was surpurb and provided great protection for the midday sun and occasional rain shower. The grill connected directly in gas supply, sink, fridge and dish washer complemented the area almost making the indoor kitchen defunct. We would recommend!
