Located just minutes from Disney theme parks, shopping and entertainment, this gorgeous five bedroom, five bathroom villa, in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve, has everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Our spacious two-storey home is fully air conditioned and has been equipped throughout with high-end furniture.

Whether enjoying a freshly brewed morning coffee by the pool or cooking for twelve, the fully equipped kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, ensures you can express your culinary skills to your heart's content.

Splash in the pool, relax in the hot tub, bathe in the sun, or relax in the 'bigger kids' swing, the patio is large enough to do all three.

Entertainment areas include a PS3 with a 46" HDTV, Media Hard Drive with over 300 movies; pool table on main floor; 55" HDTV on upper floor.

Enjoy reliving your adventures around the huge round dining table, at the kitchen nook, the breakfast bar or even poolside.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, clock radios and/or iHome docking stations, and are equipped with a minimum 40" HDTV (with the exception of the children's bedroom).

A cleaning fee is applicable on all bookings. The cleaning fee is $160, plus taxes.

Let our beautifully adorned beds, complete with luxuriously soft sheets and puffy pillows, be the ultimate end to your day of fun.

House rental also includes:

Just as perfect the second time around!
Three generations of family vacationing together! The spacious five bedrooms and five full bathrooms made it easy for us to be together while having private rooms. Owners respond very quickly (within the hour) to issues and the onsite caretaker was just as quick and efficient! Highly recommend this property for its cleanliness and functionality. Thanks so much!

Very clean house and exactly as described in the listing. The owners were incredibly responsive and provided extremely detailed responses to my questions before and throughout the trip. Fantastic Villa
This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely villa. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you could want in a vacation home. The bedrooms are all furnished to a high standard and the main living areas are comfortable and very clean. The hosts are very attentive and communications are clear and concise. The Villa is in a great location for all Orlando has to offer - we would happily recommend this property.

The house was simply beautiful, clean and spacious. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it allowed us to privacy and family time playing in the pool and using the pool table. I highly recommend this house to a family visiting Orlando for vacation. Also, the property manager was extremely responsive when we called for assistance.

Very nice place to stay! We split between 3 families and made our stay for the vball tournament a lot more affordable. It was further away than I thought because of traffic, but not too bad. My only complaint is the outside handle on the sliding glass door needs improving it was really hard to use.

Great girls weekend get away.
The house was amazing for our girls weekend getaway trip. The neighborhood was quiet and I think everyone liked the location and the house itself. However there definitely were a few draw backs which is why I couldn't rate it five stars. The hours was extremely clean and organized which. Was helpful but some of the inventory lists posted in the bedrooms were not accurate upon our arrival. We stayed the weekend of presidents day for our friends trip. We paid for pool heat and had planned our trip around using the pool and hot tub Saturday night. When we arrived the pool was cold and had been left partially uncovered so it was still too cold to use Friday night which admittedly might have had something more to do with the weather so we read too much into it. But still. Had the pool been covered we might have been able to use it that night. On Saturday night the pool maintenance guy came unannounced to Drain the hot tub literally as we were preparing to use it. There was no communication from the property owners or management company before had as explained in the rental Agreement. And it definitely shifted our plans for the evening since using the hot tub directly after a water and chenical Change is likely to cause skin irritation. In addition to this The maintenance guy left before the hot tub was filled and we had to change our plans again to ensure the hot tub didn't over flow and we all wanted at least a shot at using it the following day.

Best Home Ever
The house was beautiful and very clean. It offers 2 master bedrooms and plenty of space to socialize play games or relax and not intrude on another’s person personal space or quiet time. I enjoyed the master bedroom with the tv mounted to the king bed. The walk in shower and oversized tub was definitely a plus. For others in my party enjoyed the PlayStation 4 that has two controllers and every tv had hundreds of premium cable channels to choose from. The extra amenities found in the kitchen made cooking a lot more easier because it provided just about everything you would need plates, spoons glasses and even plastic cups and other utensils. Finally the patio was the biggest that I’ve seen so far, the jacuzzi was amazing and there is plenty of seating outside for everyone which included a shaded table for board games food or drinks. The shaded deck chair swings and heated pool gave everyone in my group a chance to either unwind or relax under the sun. I would definitely stay here again and recommend you choose this home. Also my hosts were spectacular they communicated with me and was patient and answered all of my questions. The check in and check out process was flawless. They made spending time there amazing….

This property is exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you could need. It's in a nice neighborhood in a beautiful golf community which was great for walks! The house has SO MUCH space. Kids loved using the pool table and having their own beds. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for our group of 10. Screened in pool area with TONS of seating was also a hit. This will be my go to property in this area.

You will not be disappointed!
The stay was amazing! Everything was as described and some things were better! The property is super clean. The owner has directions on how to operate all the household electronics. The hot tub and pool was amazing. The house is extremely roomy. Also, the house came with all the amenities you could ever need. The most important thing was that the owner was extremely pleasant and communicated well. She left no questions unanswered. I am definitely going to use the property anytime I visit Orlando.

We totally enjoyed our stay here while going to Disney and Sea World with our family. There was a minor glitch with the electric lock on the front door but the property manager sent someone right over and got it working for us. The pictures online don’t do it justice. The house was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect and easy trip back and forth to the parks. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to the Orlando area.

What a nice big comfortable house my family stayed in for the whole month of July. The house had everything we needed. Air conditioning worked well never ran out of hot water. That is awesome considering there were 11 of us staying at one time for a while there. While staying there for the month Mike and Kathy the owners were always quick to respond for any questions we may have. They are definitely Premier Host. I also had communications with Rita the Property Management Owner and Oscar the manager. They were friendly and always quick to respond. If you happen to meet the pool guy say hello to Carlos. If your lucky enough to meet the “Lola the Tortoise’ a name my family gave the tortoise will venture out to eat at times. The tortoise is a protected species so no touching or disturbing the tortoise. If your thinking about renting this property go ahead you will not regret it. From the swimming pool to short distance to Disney and Universal Studios and 1hr 20 minutes to Cocoa Beach everything was perfect with this property. Thanks to the owners for giving the opportunity for our family to enjoy your home in Florida. A choice we will never regret. PERFECT PERFECT Jerry and Rosa Buffalo New York .

I have vacationed in Florida 7 times and this is the best house by far! The house was spotless. They had a PlayStation 3 in the living room, kids loved that! The TVs in the main areas, one upstairs and one down, both have theater systems which was amazing for movie nights! The pool was cleaning and crystal clear. It was also cleaned on Tuesday along with the hot tub. There was a billiards table in the house which was perfect for the nights we stayed in. We had 7 people in our group, 2 couples and 3 children. There was enough rooms for each child and each couple to have their own room and bathroom. AMAZING stay and if/when we go to Florida again I will look to stay here first!

Great home for large group. Each couple had their own bedroom with en-suite bathroom. We had privacy when needed and large kitchen/eating area to gather in. We enjoyed the pool with plenty of seating on the lanai. Easy 20-30 minute ride to the Disney parks. The owners and property manager, Hector, were very responsive and kept us well informed.

Great house and pool, wonderful getaway spot.
We enjoyed our stay at this property, it is very spacious and has a lot to offer. The pool and hot tub where nice and the having the added patio furniture was nice when we wanted to just sit out there in the mornings. The house was very clean and the binder let us know every That we needed to know about the house. The hosts where great they responded to us promptly when we booked and as soon it was paid for we had everything we needed. They where very fast to respond if we had any questions. We would rent again through them in the future.

Beautiful home & neighborhood
The house was even better in person than in the photos—gorgeous! The neighborhood was very peaceful and clean & the owners were very helpful as well as quick to respond. My little guy caught a few lizards outside which made his day. Highly recommend!
