Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa de Florida en la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Cumbrian Lakes. Se encuentra en un área de conservación arbolada tranquila y agradable con lagos, senderos para caminar y área de juegos infantiles. El camino de acceso privado está bordeado de palmeras que se iluminan por la noche. La villa está idealmente ubicada para todas las atracciones principales y está aproximadamente a 20 minutos de los parques temáticos de Disney, a 25 minutos de Sea World y a 30 minutos de Universal Studios. Está a poco más de 5 minutos de la autopista 192 con su amplia gama de tiendas, restaurantes y otras atracciones. La sala de estar de la villa tiene un estilo moderno de planta abierta que incorpora la sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor. La cubierta de la piscina extendida y bien amueblada es ideal para relajarse después de un día en los parques temáticos.

Great Property, within 30 mins of most popular attractions.

We had a great stay at this property! It was clean and very nice inside. The screen of the lanai was ripped in several locations, but we didn't have any bug issues outside, so not a big deal. The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for our taste, but that's highly personal so others may like it! Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay there was exceptional! Martina was very pleasant and responsive, as was the property management company. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay

Good location for us not far from shops and restaurants. The swimming pool was great in the early evenings after a long day in the heat of our adventures. Thanks for letting us stay we had a great time.

Overall it was good

The owners and management were quick to answer request. The pool guy did not clean the pool very well as he was there for 5 minutes and the pool was full of bugs when we got there. We cleaned it out daily. The furniture a little outdated, but kitchen was full of supplies needed to cook. Had to pay extra for a grill.

Stayed for a cheer competition

Wonderful house with a great location to a lot of the resorts and restaurant's. The pool was a nice touch and really private. The neighborhood was quiet and had great curb appeal. My daughter and I enjoyed playing a round of pool and foosball.

Quite and convenient

Pool Get Away

We loved the house, pool, privacy and the walking trails around the lake. We rented a bbq but there was no area to bbq that was within Florida laws.

Another relaxing stay

property is very comfortable, and private pool area is a plus. its off of the main highway (about 5 miles) for getting away from the busy area, but close enough to many restaurants and activity's including the theme parks which are about 20 minutes away. Great for our needs

House suited our needs just fine. Pros: °Beds were comfy °Close to Disney and convention center °plenty of space Cons: °Screen around the pool has large holes/tearing, so we were eaten alive by bugs. Also allowed a lot of ‘gunk’ into the pool. °Only one lid (that we could find) for all the pots in the kitchen All in all, we had an amazing time and the price was right.

Property was just as described. Clean, well maintained. Perfect for my family. Cooking appliances were a little outdated and worn. Beach/pool towels were well used. Hot tub was not used as there was no easy step for a senior to get out of. That was disappointing. We did enjoy our stay.

Memorial Day 2022

We booked this as a weekend get away before summer starts and the boyfriend gets super busy at work. Was nice and relaxing in the pool in the evenings...the hot tub was nice but was hard for me and my bad knee to get in and out of. The bed was so comfy. The house was great! The wifi would only connect to my kindle for some unknown reason but that was fine with us because we didnt care to be on the laptops anyway and phones have data so it all worked. Thank u for letting us stay!

It was a very nice villa definitely enough room for the boys and my friends .the boys really enjoyed the pool and i really enjoyed the jacuzzi we honestly relaxed and stayed by the pool played some games and watched movies very nice and clean thank you

Beautiful house and location.

House was very clean. The hot tub did not work when we arrived but it was taken care of quickly. The bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable as it feels like you are laying in a hole. Otherwise the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is gated and everyone was friendly. Stores and restaurants are close by. Hosts were friendly and responded immediately.

Retirement Relaxation

we had a very relaxing and quiet stay there in early 2022. the neighborhood is close to all there is to do in Kissimmee/ Orlando area as well as a short drive (about an hour and 15 minutes) to either coast. Ian & Martina and the property manager were very responsive to any needs or request we had. We booked for next year during our stay there. Thanks Ian & Martina for allowing us to stay at your home.
