Motel misrepresents rates online. Snuck in fees without telling me and I only knew when I checked my online account. Onsite manager refuses to return calls or email. Another manager promised to follow up and never did. Third manager responded and refuses to remove unauthorized, deceptive fees or to accept responsibility for employee miscommunication. Rooms are filthy, phones don’t work, ice machines don’t work, no housekeeping yet they add on additional fees. Front desk staff rude. Reserved King bed and the air in the room was broken, asked to be moved and was given room with twin beds, says no kings available. They said they “upgraded me” because of no other kings. Upgrade? King to twin? Horrible experience and management is clearly inexperienced and uncaring about the customers, only want to collect as much as they can with no regard to their horrible facilities and untrained staff.
