It was an ok experience but we put a $50 deposit down and unfortunately even over a week after checking out have still not received it back. I have tried calling at least 10 times in the past 2 days and no one answers

Motel misrepresents rates online. Snuck in fees without telling me and I only knew when I checked my online account. Onsite manager refuses to return calls or email. Another manager promised to follow up and never did. Third manager responded and refuses to remove unauthorized, deceptive fees or to accept responsibility for employee miscommunication. Rooms are filthy, phones don’t work, ice machines don’t work, no housekeeping yet they add on additional fees. Front desk staff rude. Reserved King bed and the air in the room was broken, asked to be moved and was given room with twin beds, says no kings available. They said they “upgraded me” because of no other kings. Upgrade? King to twin? Horrible experience and management is clearly inexperienced and uncaring about the customers, only want to collect as much as they can with no regard to their horrible facilities and untrained staff.

The room was ok but the resort needed a lot of work and update the price was a little high for what the resort offered out side of our room we could see a swimming pool that had a green bottom lot of work needed in the rooms sheets were dirty and had holes in them all the staff were nice

Room wast bad once you get in, property is terribly maintained and run down. Multiple units with doors kicked in and wide open. For the price, the room itself is not bad at all, just so long as you stay inside. The property is just a mess but for being so close to Orlando's main attractions it's hard to beat the price.

Upon entering the room it smelled like it was a hotel for dogs. The couch was full of dog hair, the wallpaper was ripping off the walls, the bed sheets were covered in dark stains, and the AC unit emitted a bad smell. Terrible place to stay.

Our room was discusting. Stains on the pillows and bed. Blunt roach and cigarette butts found on the floor. Dead bugs in the shower. Cockroaches outside our door. Do not reccomend.

Horrible location! Very outdated! Rooms smell, lamps/some lights don’t work,hard to find the actual building/rooms. Pool shut down looks like a dirty pond! Would never stay here again!

The service of the manager and front desk were amazing. However the room was disgusting. Not only was there crap all over the walls but there was broken furniture. There was stains all over the carpet, and when I stepped on the carpet without socks on it felt gross like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned with soap. The tv remote was missing the back piece that holds the batteries in place. There were stains on the curtains. The mirror in the bathroom area had stickers on it as well as the bed frame and bathroom door. The bathroom door was also coming off its hinges. The toilet had a huge poop stain near the seat. The shower/tub was alright but there wasn’t a shower curtain at all. There were no bed bugs on the bed but there’s definitely dust mites which means the bedding hasn’t been properly washed nor has the mattress. Going outside of our room, there definitely wasn’t a bar that we saw like advertised. The hot tub was nowhere to be found. The playground was missing a whole slide on one side. Concrete sidewalks were broken apart, and my boyfriend even tripped and almost fell because of it. Like I said the manager in the front desk, lady were both very sweet and nice and professional but the moment we got to our room, it was a disaster. Definitely not a resort in anyway and they for sure. Need to update their advertisement pictures because it looks nothing like the pictures at all. Good price tho! lol

When we arrived the staff was amazing 10/10 but the hotel room itself was disgustingly dirty. The showerheads were horrible the carpet covered in unknown stains 0/10. the second we got out of the car near our room there was a man outside yelling and arguing at the top of his lungs on the phone and a few minutes later we were offered to buy narcotics. This place is not family friendly nor clean. 0/10

I like the area. There was a lot to do. Good restaurants and close to Old Town. Landscaping could use some work, especially all the weeds growing around the pool. The pool chairs were falling apart and the kiddie pool needed cleaned. However the staff was awesome! So friendly and helpful! And to me that definitely makes a difference!

There were roaches and black mild in the hotel room. I have pictures of both roaches in the sink, bathroom, and under the tv. Chicken wing bones and cheetos laying on the ground in the fitness area Wednesday night, and still there Friday morning. Staff was nice enough, but severly understaffed when I was checking in and waited over 25 minutes at the desk.

The electric outlets were unsecured. The bathroom door couldn't close because the hinge was broken. The cable TV was meh. The furniture was beyond repair. The carpets smelled of god-knows-what. The door security swing latch was missing. I saw one of the housekeeping staff spit in the walkway. Check-in took over 45 mins. But the AC did work very well.

At first, the hotel facilities would have received 4 stars out of 5 for a 3 star hotel. It appears clean and a cute theme. Then I found out that the restaurant, pool side refreshments, and mini-golf were closed for a long time. It was a simple room but had no issues the first night. The next morning I killed 3 roaches. I learned the sink was plumbed wrong, the cold was hot and hot faucet was cold. The carpet was torn. Then after checking out, I went to use the lobby restroom and found both toilets were plugged, one of the with human waste. I realize the hotel can't control the people that use their bathrooms. Keep your luggage sealed if you stay here.

The room was not stocked with adequate supplies, three of us were staying there and they had enough items for one person. Also they had no comforter on the bed, what they used for a comforter was a fitted sheet which was the material of a curtain. And the cable was blurry, I've stayed in $40 motels better than this place that ended up running a little over $90.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was poor. The lock wouldn’t close properly at first and the shower was difficult to get it to work. At night some of the other guests hung around the pool drinking past midnight and started an argument that made us feel unsafe.

Run, don’t walk! We didn’t stay in the room. Took one look at the room and between the smell, the bugs, the stains, the noise (there was a long buzzing sound), the fact that the fire suppression system was broken (they had a paper on the office telling you this), and the clientele behind what would have been our room, we ran out of the place at 1 am. They don’t answer the phone so it took forever for Expedia to refund our money. The place should be condemned!

This place is a joke, often does last minute deals of $22 and gets bottom of the barrel people we spent an hour and half trying to check in.. with only one person checking in guests. We took pictures.. but there were about 40 guests. 40! That we're waiting with kids and one guest was taking about cockroaches. The ac was broken in the arcade, we left I was too worried to ruin any more of our vacation

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in Orlando for the price of 120 for 2 nights you can get something way better. The room is full of bugs my room had a disgusting smell of wet dog the beds were full of bed bugs, I had to kill a couple roaches that were in the room, blood stains in the room,on the bed sheets and the bathroom was disgusting, in the first morning we immediately asked to check out and the lady in the front desk told us they would send our money back in the same day but it never did, and all my friends woke up itching from the bed don’t go there the area is very dangerous the people that stay in this motel have no other option that is why they go there.
