Room I requested last time I was there was not available for me. Even thought I reserved it several weeks ago. Gave me another with no working TV programs, paint in the tub and roaches on the bed. I asked for my money back, so at least she gave me an out.

I have been to my hotel room all day I have been locked out and it’s been 5 hours I’m not happy about that because nobody in the office they been gone all damn day this is not what I paid my rent for

Wanted to charge 30 dollars to check in 1 hr early when came back at check in time the room I requested was not available yet but did give me a different room. Ants all over the bathroom and other crawling bugs by the door and saw one in the bed

Everything about this place is wonderful, they've made it very comfortable, dog park area, flowers and all areas clean paunted . . . Very well maintained and kept up, highly recommend

When we checked into the room, the toilet would not flush and the handles were broken off of the bathtub so you could not shower. When something was said to staff, they told me it wasn't their problem. They didn't have another room. I physically had to fill up a bucket and dump it down the toilet bowl to get it to flush.

Check before you go.
A two night stay. The outside is like a low income residential living. People outside like they all know each other. The afternoon receptionist was not listening and just kept saying that there was no available rooms when I had a reservation. The lobby smelled like a person bad sweat. The room looked clean, but I walked from the bathroom to the bed and my feet’s were already black because of the dirtiness. Was not able to sleep well because of other rooms that were loud, and like I said before it looked like they knew each other. And the worst part was that there was men at night asking if he could sleep in the room if he paid to us $50 for 2 days in a row. My experience. Not the same at all from the last time in 2009. Everything need to renewed and clean.

They Stole My Money
Terrible experience. I arrived after midnight and they would not let me check into my room. They said that after a certain time all reservations were voided, so essentially I paid for a room I was never able to use. I demand and deserve a full refund. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Manager put us in a room that was filthy and the tv did not work. The maintenance man could not fix the tv and told us that we would have to change rooms.
