We had several issues from the sheets not being changed and we’re filthy to Staples sticking out of the counts that went through my nine-year-old’s hand and we could not even go to Disney nor could we use the pool and spa because someone dropped the ball and did not clean it and prepare it prior to our arrival The property lied and tried to say that our ran different than all the other hundred houses in the subdivision that ours was the only singular one that ran that way and both poor guys verified that that was incorrect that they just did not prepare it prior to arrival they did not offer any partial refund or try to make it right other than sending a cleaning crew out at 12:30 at night after we drove in for nine hours And it took several days before the cleaning company come out to fix the pool and clean it so we were already over halfway through our stay before the amenities could even be utilized
