We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. But, the AC in our room was opened and not working the whole stay. We let the front desk know right away and they never came and fixed it. The top was taken apart and a piece was outside of the machine which was a hazard for our child that was with us. We did notify the staff each day but no one ever fixed it. That was rather disappointing for such a nice hotel.

We came for the lazy river and to relax. We were disappointed that someone stole my wife's Kindle while we were swimming. Restaurants were too cold in temperature. We did not get housekeeping services the first night we were there and had to call management to have someone come and do it. Room was comfortable and TV was nice, also liked the walk in shower.
