We stayed here because we could walk to aquatica and went to the glow party at night. Upon getting back and into bed the people above us were running around and it was 1 am we called the desk several times and they allegedly sent security up. My husband went up and heard kids yelling screaming and running around. At 2 am we were again woken to a knock by an officer who had the wrong room but then was knocking on the one across from us. At 9:30 am house keeping opened up the door to our room and woke us. Mind you check out is at 11. I feel like they really dropped the ball on our stay.

Loved everything about the property. The rooms were big and comfortable. Loved that the toilet was separate from the shower area. The pool was amazing along with the outside tiki bar . The staff was amazing

It was convenient to SeaWorld with a complementary bus to SeaWorld. Breakfast was okay. Room was a king suite with a separate area for desk and sofa and dry bar with frig. There were near by restaurants if we had a longer stay.

Prices are too high in the hotel parking fee They charge you every night They will draw it from your card in file. They don’t do it at the last day of your stay so you can pay everything at once. Charge you every night for whatever you take on your card, and the front desk girls not friend at all the rude and not trained at all and at my three nights stay the housekeeper they never came refresh my bathrooms or the room at all only at my last night when I complain.

The staff are great, super friendly. Excellent condition property and very clean. However, beds are very hard. Some may like a stiff bed, but after a long day(s) walking the parks (and sunburned) a softer bed (like Marriot of Holiday Inn Express) would have been much better. For that reason, which is the primary reason anyone books a hotel is to sleep comfortably, I won't stay here again. Also, there is no all day complimentary coffee. They referred me to the Starbucks bar in house, but not everyone likes that overrated burnt coffee. I'd rather drive 3 blocks to the Wawa or go without. The breakfast was good, the pool shared with Fairfield Inn is great, someone was singing and playing guitar, and there are pay by card laundry facilities on a couple floors. But the beds...
