Great for large groups in Orlando
The home is large and worked well for our friends. Host was awesome and responded quickly with questions, and property is as described. Recommendation: If you plan to cook for your large group, the kitchen had only basics in cook and bakeware. You'll need a cutting board, sheet pans, larger pots and skillets and any spices or oils as there were none, luckily there was a Walmart within 5 minutes.

UCF Graduation / Family Reunion
Everybody enjoyed the stay. Check-in is smooth, owner even gave us early check-in so we could put our frozen items earlier. Location is 7 minutes from Walmart, and accessible to many restaurants in the area. Car access uses QR code and very convenient to pass the main gate entrance. Parking is restricted to 5 cars, but have additional parking at the Clubhouse. House facilities is what is advertised, with 2 large refrigerators, 2 sets of washer/dryer, which is good for large family gatherings. Place is clean, and it is newly built, so everything looks and feels new. As a courtesy to the owner, we cleaned/vacuumed the main area, throw away trash, checked all remotes for TV and Fan to be accounted for, wash/dry most of the towels. Highly recommend this place. They have upcoming Home Theater area which should will add value for future stays.

Spacious, clean and excellent location
beautiful place with plenty of space for my family of 14. It was well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware etc. which made it easy for our large group to dine in. The location was close enough to all the park attractions yet offered convenient shopping and dining close by. Sharon was an outstanding host that responded immediately whenever I had an issue. Would highly recommend !

Wonderful Surprise for my Dad's 76th B-DAY
Let me start by saying "Thank You Sharron" for allowing me to rent your beautiful home. The house was very clean, all the rooms look exactly like the pictures posted on the site. I rented his home for my Dad's 76th birthday and he was so surprised to see many of his family. Sharron thanks again for all your quick responses to help me find shopping stores and bakeries. Fantastic
We had a wonderful stay. The house was fabulous, and beautifully decorated just as posted. There was enough rooms and beds for all 15 of us. My family came down for Thanksgiving. And the Island and dinning room table was large enough to accommodate everyone. There was a little issue with wifi but the owner came over right away to access the issue and got it resolved ASAP. We will difinitely be looking forward to staying here the next time we come for vacation.

The house was exactly as pictured. Clean and very inviting. We spent an entire week at this property. Everyone in our party enjoyed every single room in this house. The huge island in the kitchen was the hub of our stay. The pool and hot tub was wonderful after long hot days at the parks. Anniversary Vacation
We vacationed from North Carolina to Orlando. The home we chose was the highlight of the trip. The pictures on Vrbo do not represent how BEAUTIFUL the home really is. My husband and his brothers enjoyed the pool table. The ladies as well as our husbands enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. I can not say enough about how fast the owner replied to our questions. We could not ask for a better experience. If or when we return to Orlando, I will definitely rent this property again!! Thanks again Sharron for making this a great experience!!
