For the price, this was a great hotel. There were four of us in a room with two king beds, and I would saw the room was just the right size (or, at least, just big enough). We never really felt cramped. The only complaint is that there were only enough towels for two, and when we called the desk to ask for more towels (to shower, not to go to the pool), it took a day for them to come. Not the end of the world. The A/C in the room was also a little confusing to figure out, so we were often a little cold and surprised that there were no spare (heavy) blankets in the room. But it's Florida; why would you need them? Overall, the property was clean, the staff were nice and helpful, and it's close to everything (Universal, I-Drive). But not walkable. Which is OK. The only thing that I really didn't like is the fact that in a pond adjacent to the parking lot, it was absolutely filthy with trash that was clearly from hotel guests. My wife and I saw a sad-looking turtle come to the surface of the pond, and all I could think about were the beer bottles and other plastic trash that littered the pond. Really sad. That's not totally the hotel's fault, but maybe put up a bigger/different type of fence and cameras to truly prevent hotel guests from throwing their trash in that area.
