Did not care to pay for parking. I had a rental car, so that car was not cheap. Felt less inclined to shop And drive around because of had to pay parking for my car at the end. Next time, I'll not get a car and will not frequent as many establishments.

It was plenty good for our family. Certain parts of our room were a bit rough. Staff wasn’t overall welcoming—especially at checkout. Kids enjoyed pool. Breakfast was nice.

The property is very nice however we had a problem with the too That was reserved. They changed to a handicap room and that was very uncomfortable. Also, the personnel at breakfast is very rude and they try to kick you out when it is close to the time the breakfast is over. They don’t refill the missing items either even when it is still breakfast time.

Incident occurred where housekeeping left our door open for the majority of the day where our room was in a high traffic area. Hotel staff half heartedly apologized and said if nothing was stolen then we were fine. They did not understand the privacy that was taken from us and the unknown if anyone had walked into our room during the day while we were gone at the parks. Also you have to request housekeeping and we did not so why come into our room? No comps or reassurance of safety were given.

I could not give a five star review because of your prices in the very limited “gift” shop. Ridiculous. Eighteen dollars for a pint of ice cream? Just plain greedy. When I walked the grounds the landscaped area was riddled with garbage ie: papers, plastic bottles, plastic six pack holders, cigarette butts etc. Dining? Nearly non-existent.
