Great spring break!
Very clean and as advertised. Host and manager got back to me almost immediately for any questions throughout booking and the stay. The pool was beautifully clean and warm- definitely pay for the pool heat! We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Vacation
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. 10/10 recommended! Valerie was a wonderful hosts and thought of everything! Totally would go back. If you’re looking for a place to get away and be close to Disney World this is it! The home was very roomy and clean. Loved that the neighborhood was gated and quiet so we could unwind and relax while feeling safe.

Great value
We really enjoyed our stay and the place lived up to our expectations. The home offered great entertainment and space for our group of 6 adults and one child to stretch out and relax after 3 days of hitting all the parks and walking 6+ miles per day. THe only disappointment was the fact that the pool was too cool to get into and by the third day the hot tub finally got hot enough to enter. On average Disney parks were 30 minutes away and universal studios was about the same time as well.

Regarding the temperature of the Pool/Spa unfortunately when the night time temperatures dip below 50 degrees it is almost impossible for the pool to regain pleasant daytime temperatures even with the pool heater fully functioning . . This only happens for a limited number of days per year and unfortunately it coincided with your stay . Thank you again and Best Wishes Valerie

Property was nice. And everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The only negative I would say was we had no Wi-Fi or Internet the entire time and several of us had online work that needed to be completed.

Nice home in good location for Disney
This is a large well equipped home about 20 minute drive from Disney attractions. Pros: Photos are accurate, property clean and comfortable. Game room on second floor with pool and air hockey Bathrooms and kitchens very clean Bedrooms comfortable and clean with nice decor Quiet, upscale residential neighborhood Home has an alarm system Easy drive to many attractions and airport Responsive property manager Paper supplies are provided but limited supply Lots of shopping close by - groceries, Walmart etc. Cons: Although sofa fabric is fine, the cushions are beat- an easy fix with new foam inserts. We paid additional fees to have pool and hot tub heated. The hot tub was only ever lukewarm. The pool was never warm enough to use. Explanation from property manager was the evenings had been cool. We booked this large house for just 2 people specifically for the hot tub/pool so were very disappointed. Counters are Formica and pans could be updated.

A nice, big house south of attractions.
Home was very large with king room, 2 queens and 2 sets of twin rooms. We choose this home for the size, price and "heated pool and jacuzzi". First the good: comfy beds, clean linens, tons of space, lots of kitchen supplies, 4 bathrooms. Typical of a rental the walls and carpets had spots but everything else was nice and clean. The not so perfect: we didnt know the AC would be set at 75 degrees and we're thankful it was very cool during our visit. The pool and jacuzzi were never hot and was only "warm" on the warmest day of our trip. Location: took about an hour to / from universal regardless of the time of day or night. There is always traffic and backups on I4 and the roads around the neighborhood. However, the publix and Aldi are about 5 min away abd we stopped there often. Overall a good value for the money. Consider whether pool heat is realistic and location is convenient for you. I think the home to disney would have been around 30 min.

Pleasant stay!!
Very decent property, kids enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was clean and organized. TV’s in some of the bed rooms didn’t work but that wasn’t a let down as we spent most of the time in the pool or in the living area with friends. Convenient location with super market, restaurants and gas station within a mile. 20 min drive to the parks, all in all, great stay at a gated housing community.

Interesting house
The neighborhood is nice. The property is adjacent to some woods so it feels a bit more secluded, which is lovely. And the property management is very responsive. Negatives are few: The beds are quite old and not very comfortable and the property is a bit difficult, from a traffic perspective (noting to do with anything one can control). While it's about 10 miles to Disney, that can take more than an hour in traffic. Overall, it worked well for our purposes, and the pool was perfectly heated to make it fun, even with cold weather.

Wonderful break
Our family had a great stay at the property. It was wonderful to come back and relax in the pool after trekking around the theme parks. No issues with the keyless check in. The area was very quiet when we stayed, however the I-4 towards Orlando can get very congested, our satnav saved us a lot of time showing ways to avoid the highway. We all thoroughly enjoyed the vacation and particularly the property.

Everything is like what's in the pictures. We spent 4 days in this home and everyone loved it. Its about 20-25 minutes away from disney and universal ( depending on traffic). The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed, but we ate out mostly. Neighborhood was very quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool. We had 1 problem with the key code for the front door, but mgmt was very quick in responding and getting us in. The only bad thing i have to say about this house is that the decor needs a upgrade. Other than that, we loved the house.

Property was as described. Had a bit of trouble gaining entry but it was rectified in a timely manner. Kids STAYED in the pool! Was not too far from Arena where grandson was playing basketball. We eventually found the grill in the garage. Unfortunately, we forgot to put it back when we were done. My apology for that. House was very nice!! We have no complaints. Thinking about coming back for my girls trip!!

Awesome place!
We came celebrating my sons high school graduation we were very happy with the house- Large, clean and spacious. Pools and spa were great to relax in at the end of the day! Grocery stores very close and very quiet and safe area. Only complaint was that the air hockey table was broke but I had saw a review that mentioned this shortly before we came so I wasn’t surprised. Also they state they only provide 1 garbage bag, 1 soap for dish washer and a roll of toilet paper for each toilet but check ALL the cupboards as past guests leave stuff behind (like us) and you could save yourself some money. Would definitely return!

Golf Trip House
Great house for our 6 day/5 night golf trip. Good central location with many great courses in the area. The house fit all our needs. Only mild curveball was finding out, on the day we arrived, that the washing machine didn’t work (and would not be fixed until after our visit was over.) Pool was clean and nice. Unfortunately, the hot tub never got over 88* For guys in their mid-late 40’s playing 5 rounds in 5 days, a nice steamy hot tub would have been nice. All in all, a good house that served its purpose.

Lovely house in a gated community
Nice Orlando property - not overlooked unlike many other properties in Orlando. Valerie was very responsive- checkin was easy. The house itself is lovely with lots of space. All very comfortable. Unfortunately for us the Jacuzzi broke and whilst every effort was made to fix it, it never worked fully after the first night which was a real shame. Would definitely book this house next time we are in Orlando.

Lovely Villa with everything needed for your stay in Orlando
Communication with owner and property management team was very good with quick responses. Villa was as described with pool and games room an added bonus. 7 adults in our group and it was nice sitting up the table together to eat. Property is in a quiet gated area about 15 minutes from entrance to roads leading to Disney parks and 30minutes to universal (depending on traffic.) would definitely rent property again if travelling with a large group again.

We had an 8 day stay and enjoyed every moment of it. We had 3 families with a total of 10 people & never felt crowded. The property is spotless & equipped with all necessary items to make the stay comfortable. We did all 6 parks and the property was well within 25 minutes from all of the them. The pool and spa were immaculate. The owner, Valarie, was quick to answer any and all questions. The check in and check out process was a breeze. The property is 5 minutes from supermarkets and restaurants. The amount of house you get for the price is a steal.

House is beautiful. Pool and spa are very well maintained. Home could have been a little cleaner. Just to let you know the toilet paper holder in down stairs bathroom is broke. Latch on screen door by hottub timer is also broke. And we had a visitor (raccoon) from the woods. I imagine they love that woods! We had a wonderful stay and weather was beautiful! It was a nice house, easy to acces, but the area is stuffed with traffic, it took almost an hour to drive 10 miles, both ways, so be patient with the traffic, the poolheater had is problems keeping up, maybe due to the weater, but overall nice house, we are sure to stay there in the future again

Lots of space. Enjoyed the cleanliness of it when we first checked in. The longer we stayed more insects and pests made their way out. We trapped a cockroach in the living room. I know the place sprays for pests, but we think they may want to spray some more. We had three meals there and kept food in the fridge, but any movement in the kitchen seemed to trigger flying ants. Perfect golf getaway lodging!
This was a great property with all the comforts of home..then some!! Very safe, quiet gated community near everything in Southern Orlando. Pool was spacious and refreshing with nice shaded area for outdoor dining/ relaxing etc. We had a wonderfull trip largely due to having such a great hostess, location and excellent villa!!
