It boasts 6 bedrooms, each with a LCD TV, 4 bathrooms (2 are fully en suite), a large open plan living area, free phone calls, free wireless internet access and a superb game room, as well as a large, SOUTH FACING swimming pool with spa and BBQ (free BBQ for guests of 7+ nights, $55 for other guests upon request)to enjoy those long sunny Florida days. The family room has a large LCD smart TV and there’s also a wall-mounted LCD smart TV on the lanai for your outdoor viewing pleasure.

- Use of the home DOES NOT include using the electricity to plug in or charge an electric vehicle (EV). If you will have an EV at the property it cannot be plugged in at the property unless prior arrangements have been made. The resort has or soon will have dedicated parking spaces with charging stations for EV's.

All guests must be age 25+ unless with parents unless we have have granted permission otherwise.
