The rooms and lobby were squeaky clean. They had a portion of breakfast available even though we were getting the 4:30am shuttle, (pastry, fruit, juice, coffee.) The pool was rather small and a bit cold, only negative. Shuttle was on time and only 10 minutes to the airport

The front desk staff had difficulty making eye contact. She was short, unpleasant and unfriendly. The hotel had a strange odor in the hallway leading to the rooms. The bathtub in our room was unsafe! I've never been in a bathtub was hilly! Everything we set on the side of the tub slid inside. Updates are definitely needed!

It was great that I was able to check in early. However, the front desk agent was not able to find my reservation. I’m not sure what happened and had to show her my confirmation number. The location of the property had many dining options that were walkable. The property itself needs updating and wasn't as clean as the reviews stated.

We arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time and the lady behind the desk checked and found an already cleaned room for us and checked us in. This was great for we didn't want to leave our stuff in the car for we had an appointment on the other side of Orlando! The staff was very friendly when we checking out the next day at 5am. We will stay here again when we come back to Florida!

Checkin was quick and efficient. Conveniently close to airport with shuttle service that was on time. Several dining options within walking distance, but just need to possibly cross some major busy streets. Would recommend if you have a short stay with need of access to airport

I really appreciated the amenities that they provided and the free shuttle transportation to the airport. Even though my flight was early in the morning and the hotel breakfast did not start until 6, they still provided coffee, snacks, and yogurt for me before riding the shuttle. Was a relaxing stay!
