The cosy apartment of 85 m² consists of:

- a storeroom and a box room for your skis and shoes

Stua:
The living room, called LA STUA in Ladin, the language spoken in the valley, is a cosy traditional wooden „Stube“ with SAT-TV, an eating table with corner bench and a sofa. On the balcony you will find a small table and sun beds.

Majon:
This is a very big and cosy bed room with a double bed. There is also a reading table and a couch.

Majon dal sel:
This is an attic room with a small couch and a double bed which can be separated.

The kitchen is very well equipped:
There are an eating table and chairs, a refrigerator with freezer, a dish-washer, an oven, a gas stove, a filter coffee machine and a large array of dishes.

Bani:
The bathroom consists of a bathtub with shower, a bidet, a WC and a washbasin with a big mirror.



Ambiente:
The house is situated in a wonderfully quiet and sunny place surrounded by beautiful lush meadows on the edge of the wood (the Resciesa Forrest). You can enjoy a breathtaking view on the Sasslong, the Sella Massif and the Gardena Valley, and you can reach the town centre within only 10 walking minutes.
The building is surrounded by a beautiful big garden with a lawn where you can relax and enjoy the great view on the mountains. We have sunshades and deckchairs for you and on request also a barbecue. There is a parking place available.
Our house is the ideal starting point for excursions and skiing; it is situated about 500 m from the Resciesa cable car and about 800 m from the Seceda cableways.


Feel good:
The wainscoted apartment, the breathtaking view on the Gardena Valley and the peaceful environment is the ideal combination to escape everyday life, to relax and enjoy yourself.
In the summer the wood lets you feel the freshness of the forest and in the winter it creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset.
You will not hear any traffic; you will, instead, be surrounded by pure peacefulness!
Our house is the perfect place for families with children, for groups of friends and for people who would like to relax surrounded by the peacefulness of nature.

Great Apartment and Host. 5 star
We had an excellent stay at the beginning of the ski season. This was a new area for us and we covered good distance each day. Views from apartment across the valley were wonderful. Only downside was the uphill walk from the town, or preferably the nearest ski bus stop.

Comfortable with amazing views
This lovely property is located in a beautiful town and has amazing views. The owner was very helpful and explained everything well. It was a great location for skiing, hiking, or visiting the Val Gardena area. It might not be ideal for a group on foot or with elderly or disabled members, as it is located on one of the higher streets in Ortisei. However, the location also gives it a breathtaking view of both the town and the magnificent Dolomites.

Lovely place to stay in Ortisei
We stayed here as two couples. It was lovely. The view of Ortisei is spectacular. The house is well appointed. The rooms are of a good size and the very thing is very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need to make meals. The view is absolutely gorgeous. The Stua provides a nice place to gather. There is also a nice porch with chairs. From here it was pretty easy to get into town and to the lifts. The walk from the center of town takes about 15-20 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist sehr aufwendig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Der große Sonnenbalkon mit Blick auf die Berge ist traumhaft. Schöne Ferienwohnung am Berg mit tollem Ausblick
Für uns (Familie mit Kindern 16 und 18) war die Wohnung super: schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche), tiptop sauber und viel Platz und Stauraum (gut funktionierendes WLAN nicht zu vergessen). Die Treppe zur Wohnung ist recht eng und steil, d.h. mit sperrigem Gepäck nicht ganz einfach, für normale tägliche Nutzung aber absolut ausreichend. Die Eltern des Vermieters wohnen unten im Haus, waren supernett, haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und gute Tipps gegeben. Direkt am Haus fließt ein Bach, ein Wanderweg verläuft hinter dem Haus, auf den Balkon scheint nachmittags/abends noch die Sonne und durch die Lage oberhalb des Ortes hat man tolle Ausblicke auf St. Ulrich und die umliegenden Berge inkl. Lang-/Plattkofel. Durch diese Lage ist allerdings der Weg in den Ort und wieder hoch recht lang und steil, nach langen Wanderungen kann das sehr anstrengend sein. Da die Busfahrkarten (gültig in ganz Südtirol) vom Vermieter gestellt werden, das Grödnertal gut mit Bussen erschlossen ist und Auto fahren inklusive Parken eher schwierig ist, waren wir fast nur autofrei unterwegs. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
