Near to Shinsaibashi and the train station which is pretty convenient. Several combinis around the hotel too. The staffs are friendly and able to assist anytime. The only thing that can be challenging to some would be the single lift.

It’s actually quite near to the hommachi station, just need to find out the exit so that it’s nearer to the hotel. But the facilities and staff are fantastic !

The lounge in the lobby (opens till 10pm) provides place to work and study and free drinks for stayers. Nice and clean room. Air conditioning is a bit tricky to tune :)

連泊の場合、４泊以上じゃないと掃除が入らないというルールとのことで、３泊連泊した今回は一度も掃除はしてもらえませんでした。 部屋の床がフローリングだったので髪の毛がとても気になって気持ち悪かったので、掃除道具を貸してもらえないかと頼んだところ、ダメと言われたのがとても残念でした。簡単なクイックルワイパーみたいなものでよかったので、希望する人には貸し出してもらえたらよかったです。

立地もお値段もサービスも文句なしなのですが、フロントにおでこに冷えピタを貼って仕事していたスタッフがいて、熱があるのだったら休むべきでは？と思いました。

今回出張で利用させていただきました。 最寄りの本町駅までは近くて、心斎橋までも散策できる距離で、すごく便利です。 スタッフの対応もよくて、大変満足です。 唯一ちょっと残念のはバスタブの下水はちょっとスムーズに行かなくて、シャワーするときは足首までに水が溜まっていきます。スタッフに話したら掃除の際に対応したらその日は少しよくなりましたけど、翌日からはやっぱまたちょっと時間を経たないと流れきれないようになりますね。その辺をもっと改善できたら完璧だと思います。

快適でした。
清潔感があり、におい等もなく快適に過ごせました。壁が薄いところと洗面所(&トイレ・シャワー)に鍵がないところは気になりましたが、大きな問題はなかったです。

価格帯から見て超満足
今まで宿泊したあなじ価格帯のホテルの中で1番よかったです！駅近のオフィス街でとても静かでした。とにかくお部屋が気に入りました。通常のビジネスの長細いタイプではなくバストイレが部屋の一角にある感じで広く感じました。バストイレも広く、洗面台がちゃんとしたタイプでほんと快適でした！また泊まりたいです。朝は真横にドトールコーヒーがありそれもポイントです。

少し残念だが、今後に期待。
綺麗なホテルで、お部屋も浴室も広く概して快適でしたが、バスタブに前の方の髪の毛があったのが残念でした。また、フロントスタッフが一人でよく対応されていましたが、少し無理があると感じました。ポリシーは良いのに、手が足りないために行き届かない、というところでしょうか。また利用したいと思いますが、改善よろしくお願いいたします。

房間雖小，但整潔、基本設施齊備！價格便宜，還包括免費早餐供應。由於附近是商業大廈，如果要到購物點需要乘車，附近有Aeon mini便利店，環境算靜！只是剛巧附近有維修工程，這段時間會有影響。整體來說不錯！
