"From the outside the place looks like a basic hotel. But the actual rooms were cute and clean. Five stars to the restaurant downstairs. The food and drinks are delicious!
The rooms and restaurant have a beautiful view to the beach. The only thing I do have an issue with is the fact that they have to have dehumidifiers inside the rooms so you have to be emptying them out.
I’d rather have the dehumidifiers at least to control the humidity inside the room, but it is a nuisance to have to be dealing with in the first place. The downstairs area by the beach has a great vibe and good options for food by the beach. All in All we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay."

"This is the perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the action with easy access and view of the beach! You can walk to the beach for sunset, or get the perfect view from the back patio. Food and shopping are all nearby. The apartment has a comfortable bed (best we've experienced in our 10 previous VRBO stays!), bathroom/shower, kitchen, laundry and beach gear for 2. You will hear the music from the karaoke bar next door and the DJ tent out back until about midnight. It was not a problem for us, but nice to know if you need a quiet, early bedtime. Parking is right next door, just have to update through the app 9 hours at a time.We would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a group of 12 ages 5 to 70. The living area was large enough for us all to gather for meals and family time and with six bedrooms and a game room we also had areas to have some alone time when we needed it. The abundance of beach wagons, chairs and coolers made it so easy to pack up for a day at the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed including basic spices. We spent a LOT of time in the beautiful pool and spa and even watched some movies poolside. When we had the occasional rain shower the pool table and video game machine kept the kids entertained inside. Loved the location close to Times Square and the fact that there was a beach trolley stop just down on the corner when we wanted to hop on. Found a great ice cream shop just a minute walk down the road and explored the island by golf cart and moped rented just next door. Took a fishing charter and had enough fish for two delicious meals and also saw the island from the air parasailing. Definitely made some great memories here! Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Erica and Holly were amazing! I got a personal call that the room was ready early for check-in. We had a delayed flight and they got us situated for late check-in which was very simple. We also met some locals who told us the Inn was the best spot for pizza in town.
The bay is quiet so I was able to work one day out on their back patio which was a nice treat.
The walk to the beach and main strip was 5 min. After check-out we were able to come back and use their boat house shower before boarding our plane. They were so hospitable! "

"we loved this property! It easily accommodated our extended family between both units. Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. Unit was very clean and in very good condition, everything in working order. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with essentials. The storage rooms have all the beach supplies you would want (wagons, umbrellas, chairs, floaters, ice coolers, etc). Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This was just a short stay for us to see how the island was recovering from Ian. A lot of signs of the pain everyone went through but we'll on their way to a full recovery. Plenty of restaurant choices. The property was as described, very clean, check in and check out was a breeze. Basic iTrip starter provisions were all we needed. The beach chairs were a little rusty but in good working order. No umbrella, which is really needed in Florida in July. If we had been there longer we would have just bought one. Can't wait to come back everything is only going to get better. "
