Excellent location! We arrived late at night and the staff was wonderful ensuring that we checked in quickly and comfortably. The room was newly renovated and spotless. Breakfast at the Bistro in the morning was delicious and again, the staff was amazing. We will return!

Pablo who took care of checking us in, was extremely courteous and professional. Sami from front desk who helped me finish a printing job at the business center , was very savvy technically, helpful and patient. Great staff and hotel, I totally recommend.

The drain in the shower is terrible. Standing in a pool of water after a couple minutes. More than 1 comfortable chair would have been nice.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. I have stayed here in the past and parking was not guaranteed. However, this has now changed and you have a guaranteed spot nkw which I was quite happy about. The location is close to the mall, Byward Market and walkable to Parliament. I will stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback! We just want to clarify that parking is still not guaranteed prior to arrival. Once here, if we do have the space in the lot at that time your spot is guaranteed for the length of your stay!

The rooms in the hotel was modern and updated. The front desk staff were very helpful with dining suggestions. The bistro had excellent food and reasonable prices.

The property and the staff are wonderful. The Byward market is like a 30 second walk, and its wonderful. The only downside is the amount of addicts and homeless people in the area is outrageous.

Very clean rooms and the front desk staff was very helpful when it came to answering my questions etc where a good place was to eat and desserts places. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in the Ottawa area.

Rooms very clean and modern. Able to hear people talking in the hallways so not as sound proof as I would expect. Nice hotel for downtown and like the badge in feature at front door. Sense of security.

We just replaced all of our cardio equipment and added many free weight options (bosu and medicine balls, kettle bells etc) in the weight room, perhaps out team omitted to let you know that the gym is separated in two rooms. The property was very clean. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Parking lot is incredibly tight for a mid-sized SUV. Menu from the bar was unavailable mid-afternoon which was a bit of a disappointment.
