Big Family trip
We loved our time staying here! There was 17 of us, this place was roomy, so many beds, we never felt crowded. The grounds were beautiful, we had so much fun walking the property with the little kids. Great communication with the owner. We'll definitely remember this place!

Not what we expected!
Very outdated for the overall price. The grounds were not maintained. The cleaning crew did not clean the vent above the stove, it was filthy and hard to prepare our meals, thinking the dust would fall in our pans. The refrigerator had area that was dirty and stinky, it must have been blood from meat that leaked to the bottom. The front patio had a wasps nest, so we couldn't spend much time out in the patio, 2 people were stung.

Family get-together
We stayed here a few years ago, and the kids were very pleased to be back! Lots of room to play! It's a lived-in cabin with a very homey feel. It really was like coming home! We recommend it highly!

Great and very spacious home.
This home is plenty large, has many bedrooms, several living areas. The back patio is very nice to relax on and or enjoy a meal on. The property is large and provides plenty of privacy from neighbors. The house is a bit dated, but you know that via the photos. The cleaning was the only 4/5 I gave, everything else was 5/5. The host communicated well and was easy to work with. We will definitely return to this home to enjoy the rim country.

Great Family Reunion
This property was PERFECT for our family reunion! We traveled with multiple families including children from 1 to 17, and everyone was very comfortable and found plenty of fun things to do. The garage/game room area was where most of the kids spent their time, and the adults loved having the large tables both inside and on the deck for playing games and spending time together. We also loved the hammocks at night for wonderful stargazing. The neighborhood is quiet and the property is pretty private with lots of room to run around. The beds were all comfortable and clean, with only one exception. The pullout sofa in the basement living area may not be useable for everyone. The mattress kept falling through the frame and sagged in the middle. Fortunately the kids didn't seem to mind, and we used the couch cushions to help prop it up a bit. We made it work, but I wouldn't count on using the pullout for an adult to sleep on. This property is great for dogs as well, we brought two family dogs along with us and they loved roaming the very large yard. It is fully fenced so we never had to worry about them slipping out. They had as much fun as we did! The owners were very kind and very responsive, and I can definitely see our family choosing this cabin for our next reunion.

Lots of fun for all ages
We gathered my siblings to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary here. I loved how safe it was for my 18 month old. There were baby gates on all the stairs and on the deck so I could let him explore while I visited. I also loved there were toys and a high chair to use. The teenagers had a blast playing pool and foosball in the game room. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential appliances and cooking utensils. It was convenient and met the needs of our group of 20 just fine. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Not up to VRBO Clean Standards
Property older, well used & needs updating with thorough cleaning & painting in most rooms- not well maintained or up to VRBO standards- especially for price over Memorial Day. I rushed to scrub 3 filthy bathrooms and kitchen before my family arrived- so things are much cleaner now! I sent photos to owner who refunded my cleaning deposit. She does not live in area & was not aware of condition- even though supposedly "deep cleaned" recently. Soiled folding bed foam mattresses, dirt under couches and rug, rug curled on edges a trip hazard, dirty couches, only 1 pool cue worked, ripped hammock, crumbs and dirty kitchen shelves, disorganized closets & doors off hinges. Getting past that we enjoyed the 3 TVs, games, plenty of plates & glasses, dishwasher, seating inside & out on deck, most bed mattresses ok, fans, air conditioner in main room, washer & dryer. Kids loved tire swing & Foosball & star gazing . Paper towels, TP & Kleenex provided- bring your own hangers, napkins, plastic wrap, foil, Ziplock bags. I would not rent again.

A couple issues but I would recommend to others
My family really enjoyed our time here. I did not go in with any preconceived notions that I would be staying at the Plaza of cabins, so there were no disappointments. We actually hauled a Christmas tree and decorations with us to make it feel more like the holidays, however, unfortunately, it did not snow while we were there (that is no ones fault). There was deffinately plenty of space and yet it was still warm and cozy. I would rent this place again. The only bad mark I would give is for cleanliness. The cleaning crew only clean where you can see. We moved quite a bit to make room for the tree we brought and the dust was 2 inches thick. Considering the frequency the cabin is cleaned and for money that is being paid by the owner for the cleaning service, there is no reason for the amount of dirt. Also, the soap dispensers were empty in all the bathroom. I believe they provide extra some where on the property, it may have said in the booklet you receive close to check-in, but we just used the dishsoap we brought to refill them. A phobia I personally have is dirty bed linen, no worries here though, the beds were clean, fresh, and comfy! My family had a really good here. I would deff recommend to others.

We were told the house had been deep cleaned earlier in the week, it hadn't been deep cleaned ior maintained in years. Without going in great detail, I'll list some of the issues. Dangerously curled rug in the main line of traffic. Dust everywhere , the floor under tv table, windows and sills, game room, the cupboards in hall all disgusting. There were no towels or clothes in the kitchen, no lamps in the living room no electricity in the bathrooms and very poor lighting to the basement, and no screens so we couldn't enjoy the air. The bathrooms had grunge in the corners and the showers. The tub upstairs takes a day to drain. I could go on. We reached out to the owner prior to our visit with Covid concerns and we appalled at what we found. It certainly did not meet our VRBO expectations.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your visit. Our house was cleaned before your visit, including an extra deep clean earlier in the week. It is deep cleaned at least monthly, sometimes more often. A lot of what is said here is just not true. There is electricity in the bathrooms and overhead electric lights/ceiling fans in all the rooms, as well as windows with curtains and blinds that can be opened. There are always extra towels in the cupboards. We were unaware of the bathtub draining slowly, but it has been taken care of by a professional plumber since it was brought to our attention.

Beautiful but dirty
The property was a great size for our group, the property owner was very responsive and the neighborhood is nice and safe. Unfourtnally this place was extremely dirty inside and out, we spent the first hour or so cleaning. It was disappointing I did inform the owner and she apologized. We felt like we got cabin catfished. Could totally be a 5 star if the place was cleaned and needs new carpet along with some updating.

I had reserved this cabin months in advance for me and my family of 12. I stayed in communication with the proptery manager to ensure we were all set for the trip. She was always very kind and quick to respond, which made me put any worries to bed. The pictures of the cabin made the place look very clean and put together. We all drove hours to get there and once we got to the cabin, we were extremely dissatisfied and disappointed to the point where we almost left. The place was very worn, dusty, and had built up filth on the walls, shelves, stove, and refigerator. We spent the first night cleaning and wondering if our sheets were even washed. It did not look like a cleaning service had gone there prior to us coming. The wifi did not work the majority of the time. A plumber had to come to fix the upstairs shower. There was no wood for the outside fire pit or the inside furnace. The property owner did her best to accommodate and I did appreciate her efforts, but I would not go back again.

We bent over backwards to try to make this guest happy for a couple of minor issues, but... some people cannot be satisfied. A few points of clarification: Our cleaners spent 4 hours cleaning the entire cabin and laundering all linens during the afternoon prior to this guest's arrival. A propane-fueled forced-air furnace controlled by a thermostat provides heat for the entire cabin. There are 3 working baths/showers and we sent a plumber to fix a minor water pressure issue on 1 showerhead. Virtually all of our guests have loved our place and many have come back multiple times. They do so because it is a beautiful property and a great value.

Winter Wonderland
Our extended family stayed at the cabin the weekend after Thanksgiving. The kids enjoyed the snow. The fenced lot made it very easy to let them go outside and play anytime they wanted. The wood burning stove kept us nice an toasty. Kim was a wonderful host. We had everything we needed. It was like staying the home of an old friend.

Wonderful cabin!!!
This was a wonderful cabin.... our group was of 10 adults and 10 kids never did we feel crowded , very spacious . Plenty of sleeping space ... we have been to a lot of cabins and this was the best by far!!! We loved the deck and 2 acre yard!! Fully loaded kitchen and hygiene, not many vacation Rentals have that .The owner was very pleasant to deal with. We had a blast. We hope to be back soon!!
