My room was clean and comfortable, and the maid service always made sure that the room was in great condition when I would come home after a long day's work. I was not too keen on the late 4:00 PM check in. I had been driving for 8.5 to 9 hours, and just wanted to take off my shoes and decompress, however I had to wait an additional two hours to check in. All this with a prepaid reservation.

Breakfast area poorly maintained
From the time we arrived all but one employee was most helpful, curious and interested in making our stay a pleasure. We asked for a down stairs room and were allowed to stay in one. We appreciated that so much we made reservations for next year. Regard the young lady w/ the scary body art in the breakfast area, you could have stolen the refrigerator and she would not have known because she was glued to her phone. We ate breakfast each morning and I believe we say her get up twice. The breakfast area tables were not kept clean rather we had to wipe them down ourselves. She dis clean some around the food while spraying the food and everything w/ whatever was in the bottle. She expressed no concern for cleanness or condition of the breakfast area including the food.

I just like Holiday Inn Express. I don’t believe I have stayed at a bad one. I’ve stayed at several HIE, staff has been nice and friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Really like the cinnamon rolls at breakfast also.

Expedia messed the date up on my reservation. It was supposed to be on the 22nd. They had more than enough rooms. Then I wanted to go ahead and book room. CASH deposit was extreme? The girl at front desk was very friendly. She sent me next door.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast area with short and tall tables and chairs. Spotless bathtub. Eco-friendly body wash, lotion, and shampoo dispensers in shower, all of which were full. Cooked breakfast selections with egg turnovers, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, and a good selection of fresh fruit, coffee is good, several juice options. Comfy bed and pillows. Quiet HVAC unit. Fridge was making a strange noise so I unplugged it to sleep. Good room lighting. Clean carpets and windows.

Room was very nice and had all amenities. It was a smaller hotel and so there was one small elevator other than waiting on it. Breakfast was provided and great! Beds were comfy and had plenty of towels in the room.

Hotels.com 800 number is the pits
Somewhere, somehow I want give feedback to Hotels.com. Your service is pitiful. I wanted to modify my reservation and the only way to do that was call the 800 number. I waited on hold 2 hours and 48 minutes before giving up. I have lost all respect for Hotels.com. It cost me money which I bear some responsibility but you should have helped and you could not be contacted.

Very helpful and friendly staff, with good sense of humor. They helped us find a good place to get pizza. Very clean and nice, with labeled choice of soft and firm pillows, hand sanitizer packets, hooks to hang clothes/backpacks/coats, and great shelves/desks to put luggage and belongings on without having to use the beds. Breakfast was a grab bag due to covid 19 but tasty.

Best holiday inn yet.
Very nice. Covid restrictions but thats almost everywhere. Some hotels are smart dont care. Front desk was awesome.

I will never book a room here again.
I was wrongly accused of smoking in the room. Neither me or my girlfriend smoke. We were also in the room DIRECTLY BEHIND the front desk and office. I’ve been sober for over a year so I was extremely offended and felt extremely cheated out of my cash deposit. 0/10 would not recommend staying here, especially if you live within 60 miles and have to put down the ridiculous cash deposit.

The property was beautiful with new beds. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. We had bagged snacks that were full of sugar and carbs, which was basically useless to me. It would have been nice to have provided more nutritious food. That was the only bad thing. Everything else was excellent and the staff were friendly, too.
