“當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。”

“This hostel is run by two brothers. I stayed for four nights. On the fourth night, after returning from Rainbow Mountain, I found my door ajar. Clearly, someone had entered. I never expected anyone to enter without my knowledge, especially when my personal items were exposed. I was shocked and disturbed. That night, I confronted the younger brother, Alexander. “The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”

I ended up staying in two different rooms, both rooms were spacious (more like suite style) and unique, the second time around we got a view of the city, good shower pressure in the bathroom, and really kind staff. If I ever go to Cusco again, I will come back to this hotel. ”
