“The concierge was a most gracious host. He went out of his way make us welcome. It was a welcome relief that he spoke perfect english.”

“This hostel is run by two brothers. I stayed for four nights. On the fourth night, after returning from Rainbow Mountain, I found my door ajar. Clearly, someone had entered. I never expected anyone to enter without my knowledge, especially when my personal items were exposed. I was shocked and disturbed. That night, I confronted the younger brother, Alexander. Though we'd spoken in English before, he suddenly pretended not to understand and used Google Translate, clearly stalling. He finally……

“Habitación con buen espacio, limpieza en todo momento y excelente ubicación, a solo unos minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Destacar la atención del personal, pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades, en especial a Nicole, Peter y Alex.”

“O café da manhã era gostoso, tem a opção de ovos fritos na hora. Caso precise sair mais cedo para os passeios, eles oferecem lunch box. A localização do hotel é muito boa e a hospitalidade também. Os quartos eram limpos diariamente e a equipe sempre cordial para atender nossas necessidades, inclusive com compressas de água quente para aliviar a dor dos passeios de trekking. Recomendo a estadia!”

“當天才被告知，被安排到另一間飯店Quechua Plaza Hotel，其實就是Hotel Qarmenqa。 入住的當下，房間根本沒準備好，所以被安排另一間房間。 結果該房間的衣櫃和浴室還有別人的物品，本來不以為意，但到了晚上時，飯店人員來敲門，結果那間房間根本是別人還沒退房的房間。”

“A great hotel. Clean, air-conditioned room with all amenities. Wonderful bar and very nice restaurant. All the staff are fantastic. Always smiling and always helpful. ”

“丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。 24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。 ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。 近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利”

“Me preocupaba un poco el que alguien había dicho que su habitación fue ruidosa, pero definitivamente no fue el caso. No sé si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitación en la sección más nueva del hotel, pero en ningún momento me pareció que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable. Hubo un día en el que salimos de madrugada para una excursión (algo común) y nos tenían un lunch preparado para el camino. También alguien puso que no había secadora de pelo en las……

“Nice staff. Clear and tidy room. We are surprised that the hotel had prepared a birthday cake for my friend.”

“The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. ”

“Had a great 5-night stay! Location was amazing. Quiet street. Short walk to the main plaza and all the shops and restos. Free breakfast stood out! Wide selection of food and free coffee and tea. Definitely highly recommend!! ”
