This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

We had an excellent stay at Apu Mountain Lodge. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the breakfast each day was great and it was a quick Uber to all different parts of the city.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

Location is close enough to main tourist area but quiet enough for us to rest after a long day. We check in very late at night and the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. They also packed a breakfast box when our tour starts very early. Overall, very recommended

I had a lovely time at the Arabia hotel. Traveled by myself and felt safe and cared for. My only minor complaint is that the shower leaked into the bathroom floor. Thanks for the hospitality!

This is the most beautiful view in Cusco I have had in my 4 different times visiting the city. The beds, sheets, pillows were SO comfy, the bathrooms spacious (two beds rooms), and the staff such as Victor, Antonio, and Maria were outstanding. The ONLY thing I would have wanted to improve is that the windows dont open and it gets VERY hot and stuffy at night. I woke up nightly in the middle of the night to open the door for air. I wish the windows would open. The last night of our stay (we...

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

Excellent location, one block from Plaza de Armas. Helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Would love to have stayed longer to explore more. Nice breakfast with freshly-made egg option.

Warm and friendly staff; delicious and fresh breakfast (100 times better than the included breakfasts in the U.S.); lovely and clean courtyard and room; close location to the bank, Orion supermarket, and Plaza de Armas. Easy/medium walk to just about anywhere. Would definitely stay here again if we ever end up back in Cusco! Oh, they also provide free coca tea which can help some people with their altitude sickness. We felt very safe staying here, and they also stored our extra suitcase when we...

The best feature of this hotel was the care that each employee gave to their guests. My family stayed there for 4 nights and received nothing but outstanding and personalized service, which included free airport pick up, called to order dinner to be delivered from a local restaurant and let us eat in dining room (they did the dishes), the wonderful Karina who made fresh eggs and toast each morning with a vast array of fruits, cereals yogurts and homemade cookies to take for a snack. The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

They worked hard to be good hosts despite being short staffed due to the elections this weekend. The place is more rustic, it reminded me of cabins I’ve stayed in when camping back in the States, but I like that kind of thing so it suited me fine. Breakfast was light, but good quality ingredients and the location of this place is 10/10.
There’s no A/C or heating units in the room, so bear that in mind. I was totally warm with the blankets provided, but if you run cold it may be an issue.
