Fattoria 2, spacious apartment in the farm courtyard

Casale Fattoria is situated in the farm courtyard, about 80m just across the road from Tenuta Reginas main building, reception and pools.
Fattoria has a simple rural look and is ideal for big families who want to spend time together, a great starting point for walks or cycle rides and a perfect place to relax after a day in our beautiful yet undiscovered region Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The fattoria apartment has 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 completely furnished bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and all the necessary utensils (there are no balconies).
Bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels will also be provided.
As Fattoria is located right in the middle of the farm-yard, it is possible at times to hear some every-day-farm related noises.
We will be happy to give you advice on where to eat and the best places to visit in our magical Region Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Leider nicht ideal
Die Wohnung entsprach soweit der Beschreibung, aber leider fanden immer wieder Bauarbeiten rund um das Gebäude statt. Des Weiteren ist die Einrichtung in keinem guten Zustand und man hat den Eindruck, dass hier zu wenig gepflegt wird. Die Betten sind sehr durchgelegen, der Sound des Fernsehers ist schlecht (man versteht Stimmen nicht), diverse Türen klemmen oder schließen kaum. Außerdem gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem W-LAN, welches häufig nicht verfügbar oder sehr langsam war. Die Wohnung benötigt außerdem dringend eine Couch, weil man abends nur auf Küchenstühlen sitzen kann. Ansonsten ist der Poolbereich nett erstellt und man bekommt immer einen Platz auf den Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Das Personal zeigt sich sehr bemüht und nett bei Fragen und Problemen. Leider haben wir bei unserer Anreise nur eine sehr kurze Erklärung der Gegebenheiten erhalten und haben erst nach und nach nützliche Dinge erfahren. Mit etwas Nachpflegen der Einrichtung wäre diese Wohnung eine preiswerte Option in einer ruhig gelegenen Gegend.
