“This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair. The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear.”

“Pro’sThe home was nice and clean, well stocked and the property was perfectly located between Bryce Canyon and Zion Park with a beautiful river just out the front door. Con’sThe house has neighbors located very close on both side which make privacy a challenge. The home was only equipped with one A/C mini split until located in the common area of the house which made the bed rooms hard to cool off during the day and the evenings. “Great. The photos and description do the cabin justice. The views are even more epic than photos can capture!”

“We only stayed one night but it was one of the best places we stayed on our tour of the Utah Parks. The hot tub was very nice and everything was comfortable and well thought out. Communication with our hosts was excellent as well. 5 stars!”

“VRBO was as advertised. Wonderful place.”

“Cute place however when we arrived there was mice droppings all over the kitchen and floor. I immediately messaged the host. Here response was welcome to mountain living do you want me to have the cleaners come in the morning. Due to health concerns we left . The unit is back on VRBO. I don’t think anything has been done about mice in the kitchen. Poop was all over the knives, floor, toaster and counters.”

“We throughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed! The grounds are beautiful, with lots options. Jeremy was a great host, super responsive. I Highly recommend!!”
