“The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty.
There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward.
On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition. It made loud squeaking noises with every movement, so if you got up during the night, you would immediately wake up your roommate.

“True glamping experience.
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and property. Since the road was washed out due to flooding it was a bit of a walk from the top parking lot to tent, but otherwise a good stay.”

“The room was dirty, with beds not freshly made, stains on the towels and lines, and a messy restroom. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was not working. The address listed on the website and in the email confirmation was wrong, forcing me to search online to locate the correct place.”

“This place was very small but big on hospitality and thoughtful touches. The space is very well laid out and organized. It had literally everything we needed. We quickly felt at home and enjoyed our stay so much. We would even stay longer if we could have, and will remember it for a hopeful next time we come explore the canyon further. Tropic is a lovable town and a perfect distance from many places of interest.”

“Overall it was a great stay. The property was clean and modernized. The location was great for hikes, star gazing, as well as local shops around for the family. My only concerns was the lack of info on the septic tank, since teaching kids to throw away toilet paper vs flushing is hard, as well as the location having two groups staying in the same home, just different levels.
