Wonderful farm with 58,400m² at the foot of Serra da Bocaina and just 10 min from the Historic Center of Paraty.

The property was the scene of numerous novels, films and magazines specialized in decoration.

Colonial style house with 03 large suites, lounge in 03 rooms, kitchen, veranda, beautiful gardens, large ornamental stones, a natural pool and very green. Peace, comfort and tranquility!

Easy access by the paved road. It also has access by helicopter.
