“Nice and cozy. Just far enough away from town to feel “away from it all,” yet close enough that it’s not a haul to get into town. The place is very clean, with all the basic essentials you need to enjoy a quiet getaway. My ONLY warning is it is a garage apartment. Very low ceilings. I’m 6’5” and I walked around the last 3 days with head tilted. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I’d book this place again. ”

“The property is misrepresented in the listing. It is not a non-smoking apartment but is a sketchy motel room that has definitely been smoked in. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic wrap. It was dirty and we couldn’t stay there. We had to book another room for the night which was amazing.”

“We spent two nights at this location. We were able to walk to downtown and the distillery district. Close by downtown and great restaurants.”

“Really nice place to stay and the people in charge of the facility are super ice, polite, helpful and easily available. I spent 2 peaceful nights there. My only objection is the downtown location which might be technically true but it's a ways from anywhere you would want to go downtown. Kind of a downscale neighborhood. My fault, I used to live in Lexington and didn't check the address on a map. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5. But super price and nice place.”

“The pictures do not actually depict what you are getting. I walked in and the place was gross. Smelled really strongly of cigarettes. There were cabinets off the hinges in the kitchen and dirty towels. I didn’t even end up staying there and am still working on getting a refund.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Dru was very accommodating and communicative. The property was very comfortable and very cute. The air conditioning and heat was great. She thought of everything that we could have needed, even down to salt and pepper. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition and would love to stay here again”

“Expedia / Belvilla REFUSED to answer my question - 3 TIMES! I simply asked - 3 TIMES - What kind of facility will we stay at: Apartment, Home, Condo, Hotel, Motel. Well 3 times they said it would be accommodating and comfortable and fantastic. Well, no wonder they refused to answer. It turned out to be a run-down, loitering-people-filled, parked junk-cars -filled Motel. We left immediately, found another Hotel to use, AND Expedia/ Belvilla has not yet replied to our request for a FULL REFUND.……
