So close to the Eiffel Tower! If you stay, make sure to get a room with a balcony and a kitchenette. There's a small grocer down the street. Nothing better than breakfast with a view!

When checking in after hours they made it very easy to do. I was concerned about it but then they eased that quickly with being prepared for our visit.

Room was ok. Spacious enough. They have no service. The mini-fridge stunk something awful. We mentioned it to them twice but nothing was done about it. It barely kept our food cold. The hair dryer didn’t work. And you had to take care of your garbage. Location was great. Price was good but wouldn’t stay there again.

Overall, We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
Location is very convenient to Metro station, restaurants and stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. It would look better if some renovations have been done.

This apartment hotel will look better if the external area can be renovated. The location is convenient to Metro, supermarket, restaurant and shops. We enjoyed cooking by using the well equipped kitchen in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Close to the metro easy to get around, close to the eiffel tower and the staff were so helpful and wonderful! They do not have house keeping everyday or any day we stayed there which was a shame as our toilet paper and shampoo/bodywash ran out after a few days. We had to go out and buy more for the rest of our stay.

Misleading
When boooking, the pictures on the site looked pleasant but as I entered the room, the ceilings were broken, the curtains and carpet was filthy - you could smell the dirt and was not what I expected from how it was marketed online. Definitely not worth the price I paid per night and if it's a cheap hotel then the prices should be much lower.

Nice apartment with good view of Eiffel Tower
Great location, out of the apartment and you have view of Eiffel Tower both daytime and night time when the lights are on. Nice and cosy. Have to be careful about the check in and check out times and leaving of lugguage. Good if the apartment had a soft chair, or sofa and a kettle. Aparently this place do not believe in buying a kettle.

I had a room on the 6th floor with a balcony with a view of the Eiffle Tower so I could see it both day and night. The location is good because it is close to 2 different metros and walking distance to many tourist areas. The room itself was ok. The bed and bathroom were clean. The rest of the room could use cleaning and maintenance. A fresh coat of paint and a carpet shampoo would go a long way. I didn’t spend much time other than sleeping in the room so it worked fine. The reception desk isn’t open 24 hours so if you need something after hours you need to walk to the sister hotel about 2 blocks away.

The elevator could fit only two people. The carpet was really in bad condition. Smell a combination of cigarette with detergents. We had to leave the property for another hotel.

For the price, this place was exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris. It was comfortable and located near 2 Metro stops. The kitchenette was a plus for nights when we wanted to eat in and had a grocery store nearby. The soap/shampoo smelled really good (that's always a plus!).

Run down in need of revamp
The hotel is old and run down, our room had a permanent smell, the air conditioner was useless, there is a one person lift (if you are a big group the majority have to climb the stairs. The beds are about a soft as concrete, we asked for separate single beds in the one room in the booking, and were only told after arrival that this is not possible. We were only told after arrival that our rate does not include daily cleaning, and that if we wanted the rooms cleaned it was €15 per room per day! The only positive is the proximity to the Eiffel Tower it is really close, and close to metro line stations, that said there area is not the most classy neighbourhood.
