We had a wonderful time! And we will come back:) your place is so nice! If there is one thing we could say is that your cleaning team might be not the Best… some dishes, kitchen drawers, bath towels and bed Blankets were not very clean.

Incredible Location, Perfect for Two Families
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location is great (two blocks from town lift and also at the base of a staircase right off the trail). It's perfect for two families, with kids in the bunk room and adults upstairs. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was very communicative. Everything was easy! Would definitely book again.

Nothing bad to say about our stay at this place! Unbelievable location, made it incredibly easy to take town lift to mountain, rent gear, and ski/walk back to the property. Shopping was wonderful and restaurants and bars had something for everyone! Plenty of space and everything we needed for a homemade Super Bowl meal, comfy beds to sleep in and all shampoos, soaps etc included! Jeff was easy to work with and communication was great. Only tiny suggestion would be for there to be boot warmers and maybe a Bluetooth speaker, but we figured it all out without those items. All in all, we look forward to renting again with Jeff!

Location, location, location!
There is probably no better location than this place. Super close to Town Lift and High West and yet, just far enough into residential area that the evenings are quiet and virtually no street noise. There is also a quick passthrough to Main St and the Transit Center which makes you feel that much closer to all the action. For how good the location is, we felt is was a solid trade off between price and quality of the rental. The rental has been updated, but feeling a little worn. Mold in the primary shower, some blinds didn't work or would fall off. Garage would barely fit our mini-van, (essentially kissing the back wall/laundry and the garage door. You really don't need a car when staying here, but our group had 3 for various reasons. Street parking was hard to come by considering many spaces (including the one reserved for our unit) were not plowed. Street parking passes were provided, but we still got a warning ticket which was confusing. The heating was as others have reviewed, super warm on the highest floor and cold on the bottom, but the ample space heaters did the trick. They could replenish or upgrade amenities for the price you pay like more bath and dish towels. A welcomed surprise was that the unit had a kids high chair and pack-n-play which we used! Jeff was extremely communicative and quickly responded to any questions we had. All in all, it was a good stay and we were happy.

Convenient, clean and comfortable
Super easy to get to the town lift and everything on Main Street. Jeff was so helpful in letting us store bags before and after the rental. Perfect for two couples (each with ensuite bathrooms) on the top level, and a room for 3 to 5 kids in the basement. The sofa is in a pretty public space, so don’t count on that for an adult.

Kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and baking dishes. Plenty of open space for large families. Easy access to public transportation, and great shopping on Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and overall great property! Would book again.
My friends of 30 years traveled to Park City for an annual girls get together. The five of us slept comfortably in the three bedrooms. Highlights: - Ample dining space and lounging space - Well-stocked kitchen - Provided amenities like dish soap, laundry soap and shampoo/conditioner as well as extra toilet paper - LOCATION! Everything was steps away, whether we were headed to the lift or into downtown PC. Highly recommend the property and the owner was well-communicative. I would definitely recommend this property!

Park City Vacation
This place is as advertised. In the perfect spot for all Park City activities. So nice to walk to Main Street for all the food and shopping. Lots of room for everyone to have their space, and a real "fully stocked" kitchen. The garage is a real bonus too. The owner was very responsive with all questions answered quickly and easily. Highly recommend you consider this spot for Park City.

Park City perfection!!
This home is in an excellent location and provided plenty of space for our party of 8. We were thankful for the garage parking and close walking proximity to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Fantastic Place in a Fantastic Location
My wife and I invited 2 other couples to stay with us for an early Spring skiing vacation. The property was perfect! The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space and all equipped with TVs. The bed in the master bedroom was wonderful (more comfortable than my bed at home). The large kitchen was nicely appointed with everything we needed to cook hearty breakfasts and fancy dinners. On the nights that we went out to eat, we were close to a large number of great bistros. On the days that my wife didn't ski, she was in shopping heaven, with all of the great shops in downtown Park City within walking distance. As for skiing, the Town Lift was a 3 minute walk from our front door. The living room was comfortable with a huge TV that we watched the NCAA final 4 basketball games on early in our stay, and Masters golf later in the week. I highly recommend this property, and will book it again!

Spring break success!
From top to bottom this experience rates a 10. Location couldn’t be better! Access to ski rentals, lift, dining, shopping… it’s all just steps out the door. Property is fun, clean and well equipped with everything you may need. Communication with owner was top notch, quick and accommodating when we asked for a couple extra hours in the garage after we checked out. Thanks for that Jeff! Highly Recommend this property and hope to return sometime in the future!

Awesome house close to town lift
The good: beautiful kitchen/dining area, wonderful living room with fireplace, comfy beds and linens, lots of bathrooms, 2 minute walk to town lift, 1 minute walk to Main Street, great owner. The bad: cold in downstairs bedroom (but space heaters work great), no firewood provided (but only $8/box at supermarket and one box lasts one evening). We prepared every meal except for one night out of seven and absolutely loved the kitchen. It has everything you need (minus spices). The dining table was perfect for our group of 7 and fits 8, with 4 additional bar seats right next to dining table. The lounging in the living room was 10/10 - comfy couches/chairs, great fireplace, big TV. Ski access was great - short walk down to town lift, and at end of day can walk down two flights of town stairs from quit n' time, or can walk up from town lift (I found it easier to walk up). Great owner - accessible and responsive.

Lots of fun and laughs enjoyed by all during our stay. Condo layout is perfect for multiple family members and all ages. Skiing back to the condo at the end of the day can be a bit tricky for younger skiers.

Perfect Park City Place
This is a first class propery with the best location in town. You are off the main drag but less than 100 steps from it and a couple of restaurants. The condo is homey, well appointed and very comfortable. It has everything you need but food and drink. Our group was 6 but could have easily accomodated another 4. The beds were great,too. Internet and tv service was good and trouble free. We would love to stay here again and enthusiasticly recommend it. Be advised there are lots of stairs.

Location location location!
Great place for our summer stay! We took evening walks to Main Street before bedtime and slept pretty well after busy Park City days. Our host helped figure out parking when the permit wasn't there upon arrival, and that was dropped off shortly. The multiple levels was a bit tricky with a toddler and infant, but super spacious and we made it work! Would book again without hesitation.

Great Park City House
The property and location could not have been more accommodating. We were very pleased with the location and the house was big enough to accommodate our party of 11 with all different ages. Awesome place! Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms were very nice, plenty of space for hanging out when we were recovering from all the fun activities in the area. The listing claims you are right by the Main Street but I didn’t fully realize how close it is to everything until we got there. Super convenient. Host was very responsive and resolved all questions immediately.

The location was perfect! No stairs to get to Main street, just a short walk down the street. The place was clean and well maintained. Everything needed was provided. We enjoyed our time! Note-there are a lot of stairs and may not be best for the elderly.

Thanks Pam! It’s definitely a challenge to avoid stairs in Park City….but with a location in the heart of downtown the few stairs you need to manage are in the townhome. This property was perfect for our 2 families. We cooked many meals and had plenty of room to relax. Skiing access was easy. We will definitely stay here again. We had some confusion with the door code and Jeffrey was prompt and had a new code in a matter of minutes.

Amazing location!
This property was the PERFECT location right in town. It was ski on and ski off but we just walked to the i town lift which was a block away. Jeff was great and got us a pack and play for our 10 month old which was perfect. Jeff overall was very responsive and a great host. There were some annoyances that do not lower the rating but renters should know. There’s only 1 zone for heat and AC so the upstairs gets extremely hot while the room on the first floor was freezing. There are space heaters but even so the person staying there was cold, while upstairs we had to open windows. We also planned to cook based on the description we received of the property. Beware that the kitchen is clean and empty of all condiments and spices. We ordered groceries before we arrived and put in a second order for salt, pepper, and other condiments. There was also shampoo in the bathrooms but no body soap so we had to order that as well. In general there were some minor things that were a little annoying but the place was clean, perfect location, and the host was excellent. Deserves 5 stars.

We had stopped supplying common condiments & spices due to COVID, but we should probably reconsider putting those back in place with the elimination of mask mandates in Summit County. My friends and I had the pleasure of staying at this vrbo for a bachelorette party. The location could not have been better and the space fit all 9 of us comfortably! We are very pleased with our rental and would recommend it for anyone staying in Park City!

An Overall Great Experience
We were very, very happy with our stay. Great property and great location. So close to everything, including the town lift. 3 minute walk tops. And my communication with the owner Jeff was fantastic. Very responsive, he dropped off an air mattress and extra sheets without delay. What else can I say, I wish all my rental experiences were this good.

Great location. Too many levels in condo.
Love the location. Too many levels in the condo and only one thermostat. One bedroom is in the lowest level and it was cold all the time. Had to pump up temperature to keep it comfortable but the rest of condo would be too hot when we did this. Bring your own conditioner and body wash bc there were only shampoo and soap in the bathrooms.
