Spring Break Skiing
Gorgeous property with great location. Bunk beds came in handy for the kids to hang out and the hot tub was right around the corner after a long day on the slopes! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals! Great spot.

Would book this again.
The unit was well stocked and clean. Quiet! I would suggest replacing some of the skillets. Heated garage and ski locker were nice amenities as well as the hot tub. Great location - close to the ski slopes. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Property owner was very responsive when booking and the property manager called us and walked us thru everything when checking in. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was just right for our family. Very close to everything! We rented a car, so the heated garage was really nice to have, since it snowed the whole time we were there! We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activities. John was excellent at answering any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Park City annual ski trip
Outstanding unit!!! We have stayed in Bear Hollow Village before and will rent this unit again. A family member arrived in Park City early (and unexpectedly) so I contacted the owner/host (Rebecca) and she returned my call within minutes. I asked if he could check in early and she was kind enough to allow this last minute request. If you want great skiing, food, shopping, etc. close to your condo, this is the place to stay.

Could be nice but in need of TLC
I would like to say something positive so the unit was clean and thermostat worked great. Unfortunately, the Fireplace did not work, ice maker did not dispense, many lightbulbs were out and 2 of 3 Spas were out of order. The one that worked was full of trash and low on water. Given there was a no refund policy on this VRBO, I would not pay to stay here again unless I was assured everything was functioning properly.

Thank you Rick for your feed back. The fireplace has been addressed, it has a pilot that needs to be turned on to work it. I have noted the light bulbs and can assure lights are in working order. As for the ice maker, it has been noted for repair, I know you can still get ice from inside the freezer. The spas are maintained by the HOA and I have reported the issues. Thank you for your feedback.

Convenient location, solid stay
The unit was as advertised, it was a larger complex, however surprisingly quiet for the size. Perfect to come back to for our family of 5 after a long day of skiing. Comfortable couches and cable TV. WiFi went out once, but they fixed immediately. Heated parking garage was key during our stay especially with sub zero temperatures. Locker for our ski equipment in the garage was also a nice amenity. Comfortable, felt safe. I had informed them at the end of the stay there were a couple of minor things that might be more convenient to have in the kitchen (towels, hot pads), sounds like they are taking care of it. I had somehow gotten our dates of stay incorrect and thought we had another day when the cleaning person came. The owner was super nice informing me of my mistake and that another guest was set to arrive that day. We quickly scrambled and moved out, she couldn’t have been nicer about it.

Park City ski trip with brother and our sons.
Overall, trip was very nice thanks to weather, beauty of the mountain, and good ski conditions for someone used to East coast skiing. The property was OK but in need of some repairs, coat hanger by front door fell off the wall when we first got there and the front door would not lock, even after we were instructed how to engage the locking mechanism. We did not realize it until the last night, my nephew heard the lock engage but pushed on door to double check and it sticks a bit but does not lock. It took a full day for someone to come by to start the gas fireplace, pilot had gone out. The hot tub was behind the unit but a level down and we noticed it was continuously turning on and off, when we asked if it worked, were told it was temporarily out of order. I would definitely not stay there again but could have been worse I guess.

Im so sorry to hear about your issues. We strive to keep the property in excellent condition and have noted and repaired the issues stated. We fixed the coat hanger that came off the wall during your stay. As for the hot tub, it has been operating, but it subject to the HOA maintenance, there is an additional hot tub at the clubhouse for use too. As for the door lock, Im afraid there might be some user error in this situation. The lock does not automatically shut, to lock it one must physically turn the dead bolt to lock it in place. Perhaps you did not understand the lock. It only engages when one physically engages it, the code then secures it in the locked or unlocked position. Im sorry the fireplace required someone to light it, it has a pilot light button under the fireplace, to relight it, but perhaps you were not comfortable doing that. Im glad they were able to come out and light the pilot light for you.

The location of the condo was great! 5 minutes to just about everything including several ski resorts. It was clean and the large beds were great! Would recommend and definitely book again if we ever visit Park City again.

Excellent property with great location
This is an excellent condo in a great location. The property is nice, well-maintained, has good quality beds, and a nice kitchen with good basic stock of supplies, which made it very easy to stay during our recent ski trip. The property manager was easily accessible, and we would love to stay here again!

Quick getaway
We have been going to Bear Hollow for the past four years. It’s our last break before school starts. This unit was clean and very cute. The king beds were super comfortable. The twins were a little small but okay. My only complaint is not about this unit but about the size of the only pool that accommodates the entire neighborhood. With so many units having access to the pool it can get quite crowded and hard to enjoy. That is the only negative thing I have to say. We will keep up our annual tradition and be back next year.

Perfect for our Family visit in the Summer
As a PC native I picked this location for our family's visit due to it's central location and easy trail access. The unit was very clean, well stocked and family friendly. The pool and gym were also great. The property manager was quick to return my texts and we didn't have any issues during our stay. Would stay here again!

Convenient condo in Park City area
This is a very nice, clean condo. Kitchen was better stocked than any VRBO we have stayed in. They provided plenty of things like dish soap and dish washer detergent whereas some places provide enough for 1-2 loads. Provided towels for the hot tub which was really nice as well.

Awesome Property
We enjoyed everything about our stay in Bear Hollow. The condo was conveniently located to all of our activists. We hiked right out of the condo up to Olympic Village. Close to Pickelball courts, downtown, and shopping. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. The property manager was super attentive and easy to get ahold of for check in and check out. It was perfect for a 4 active gals get away in the beautiful mountains of Utah. Will definitely book again!!

Week long stay over holidays 2020
Location a perfect distance from PC Mountain Resort and Canyons. Spacious and well-priced. Lots of amenities, market and state liquor store within 5 minutes. Wi-if was not reliable and shower in second bath did not get hot. We informed Property Manager of this and hopefully that will be taken care of for future guests.

Good except for neighbors downstairs
Everything was good except for the neighbors below us who complained every time we walked “hard” on the floor. He came and knocked on our door to tell us to stop making noise. I guess you can’t have kids in here since they walk too hard. Other than that, ok.

Great location
The place was clean and suited our needs. The only trouble we had was on the first night when there was no hot water. We contacted the property manager, John and he can within 30 minutes. He discovered the pilot light was out and fixed it promptly. He also replaced some light bulbs which had burned out and left his allen wrenchs for us so we could adjust some of our ski bindings. He was a gem! The location is close to park city mountain and canyons, deer valley is a little bit farther away. It's close to many restaurants and grocery stores and Walmart.

Great unit near it all
Wonderful property with all the amenities right outside of the canyons. We visited with our 2 small children and 4 adults. The unit was perfect for 6, and well appointed. It was only a ~5 minute drive from the canyons parking gondola.

This is a rental property, nicely appointed and has been kept kept up well. Doesn’t show much wear, and is reasonably located. The overall cost was slightly on the high side.

Lifesaver
I had to book this listing at the last minute, due to a last minute property cancellation. Rebecca was awesome to work with and so were her property managers. The place was perfect for my family. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was because I couldn't give 4.5 and I'm a bit picky. It really was a great stay and I'd stay in the property again.

Great place to stay for soccer tournament weekend
Clean, neat, and well appointed. Great place to stay for a family of 5 - tons of space. Property was quiet and management was good to work with (even answering a parking question late at night). Only downside was that the hot tub was not functional. Would definitely stay there again.

Unit itself was adequate. Issues with loud music and marijuana odors from adjacent unit.
Would have been highly rated if not for the loud music and marijuana odors from an adjacent unit. Also felt very uncomfortable with the way the owner handled a situation. Be prepared to potentially be monitored by video and photographic surveillance while on the property. Very unnerving and disturbing to say the least. Will not be back.

First: the unit is not under video or photographic survelaince. There are no hidden cameras or anthying of the like. Ken seemed like a great guest, until from my own unit a guest in his reservation was caught smoking in a NO SMOKING property! I do not take these situations lightly so I took a photo so he could not deny it. He tried to and asked how did I know who and where that was, as if it couldnt clearly be identified. He knows what he looks like and what he did. Fortunately I knew because I saw it myself. I do not make it a habit to stare at this unit, but when you ignore policy and smoke, I will document it for this exact reason. Only after being caught breaking the non smoking policy did he bring the other concerns to light. I have a property management company that is available throughout every guests stay to address any concerns. Such complaints should have been brought up and would of been immediately addressed. I can not control other units, what I can do is insure the integrity and high standards of my unit. He got caught smoking and was fined and is leaving a bad review! I don’t have video or photography surveillance but I do have eyes and if I see someone disrespecting my property, and breaking policy it will be reported and dealt with accordingly! I’m sorry Ken got caught breaking a rule and is trying to make my unit look bad. I keep an very nice clean unit, work hard to be accommodating and have a great history!!

Cozy and comfortable condo
The condo was perfect for our ski vacation with two friends. The heated garage was so wonderful when we left in the morning! We could get in the car and have everything warm and ready to go! The hot tub was amazing with the snow falling as we relaxed. Beautifully decorated condo with everything we needed. We would get back from the day of skiing and turn on the fireplace and get cozy. The location was good for us to ski at Deer Valley and also Alta. We definitely would stay here again.

Perfect spot for our family of five ski vacation!
We took a very last minute ski trip to Park City and booked this place the morning of our arrival on New Year’s Eve. The owner was incredibly gracious and accommodating with our late booking and worked to get us into the property as soon as possible. We were thrilled at how well everything turned out with this vacation rental. The unit is spacious, clean, and lovely. It’s cozy and warm and has everything we needed for our trip. The hot tub was large and nice and hot! Great after long days of skiing. We loved the games and movies in the unit, the convenient kitchen and island, washer and dryer in unit, comfortable king beds, and heated garage. We would love to come back!

The condo was just the right size for our family! It was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our stay. Bedrooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the heated garage, as well as having a washer and dryer in the unit. Owner was very friendly, accommodating and professional. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, warm, and great location!
My family of six adults and infant stayed for 4 nights at this condo and couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! Very spacious...all one floor...comfy beds with nice sized rooms! Sectional in living room was perfect with ALL the comforts of home! Washer/dryer in unit and great kitchen! Close to grocery stores and only 6 miles from Park City ski slopes! It snowed every day we were there so the heated parking garage was an absolute hit!!!!The managers were very helpful with tips upon our arrival! Would say it is the best condo I've EVER stayed in thru many, many years of ski trips! Only 5 miles from tubing at Gorgoza Park which was a last fun activity for the whole family! Eat at Maxwell's and Cafe Rio while staying there! Only a mile or so away from condo!

Perfect place for ski trip
Place was perfect for Sundance. It is close to the Canyons side. John, the local property manager was always available with questions or concerns. The place seemed brand new. It was a bargain for the asking price. Would stay there again.
