Great Cabin in the Pines.
Andy was very responsive and timely with information and instructions. Great setting in the Ponderosa Pines and perfect location for day trips to Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona.

Parks AZ Getaway
This is a great cabin to escape to and relax. It is located next to a national forest, great for hiking. The location is perfect for day trips to Williams and Flagstaff. The property was clean and very cozy. It had everything we needed during our stay over the New Year's weekend. Directions to the cabin were spot on and check in was very easy. The host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this cabin for a quiet getaway and to be surrounded by nature.

Extremely easy to check in, host was an email away if needed, cabin was gorgeous, clean, and secluded! Perfect getaway from it all, and still centrally located. Short drive to Williams and 30 min to Flagstaff. Absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect getaway!
From the moment of booking to the check out process, Andy made the process easy. The cabin was clean when we arrived and the neighborhood was quiet. Front porch offered views of a pasture with mountains in the distance. Even though the cabin is located in the country it’s a short drive to The Grand Canyon, Sedona & Williams. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend to anyone!

Wonderful getaway in the pines
This had plenty of space for our family of 4! Outdoors in the evenings we played horseshoes, enjoyed the deck seating, and walked around. Sunsets were amazing. Cool mornings perfect for coffee in the rocking chair. Great location for our ventures to Williams, Grand Canyon and Snow Bowl. Five hours from our home, but we'll probably be back!

Nice location
Overall a nice place to stay. The property is set up in a nice quiet location and surrounded by nature. It is about 15 to 20 mins from Flagstaff one way and Williams the other. It took just over an hour to the South Rim of yhe Grand Canyon. Very peaceful.

Get away from it all!
Our family stayed here and we loved the setting. You really are in the middle of nowhere but the silence is golden. We loved sitting on the porch and just hearing the wind in the trees. Cabin was very cutely decorated with the kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, plates, etc you could need. Sunsets were beautiful and we loved just walking around the property.

Secluded rustic cabin
Rustic quiet cabin located next to State forest after short drive on un paved road. No cell reception and WiFi and internet access was slow. Water pump noise after shower, sink and toilet use as water is pumped from under-ground tank. Owner’s instruction and communications were clear. Disappointed that wood burning fireplace was not usable. A recycle bin would be a good addition.

Hey David! Thanks for the feedback man. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of a lot of rural limitations. Satellite internet, no city water, and no recycling system. We've signed up for Elon Musk's Starlink which is supposed to be in our area sometime this summer. That will solve the slower internet connection. We have to have our water hauled in and pumped from an underground storage tank. No choice there my friend. This pump is brand new and actually very quiet. You should've heard the last one! As far as the fireplace goes, we had a renter light a huge fire in there recently which cracked the interior brick. If an ember gets behind that crack it could cause a fire. Apologies for not having that available, but we are not taking those kind of chances. We are big time recyclers, but unfortunately Parks, AZ does not have a recycling program so our cleaning crew has nowhere to take that stuff.

What a beautiful location...quite.
there were a couple of items that should be addressed; refrigerator was quite loud, internet service is very slow and to my disappointment there was no wood split, or tools left to cut wood for the fireplace.

Great family getaway
Perfect cabin to escape to. My two kids (5 & 2) absolutely loved this place. We went to Bearzonia and the deer farm one day, which were fantastic. We got to hike in the woods, sit by the fire and just slow down. We even got to enjoy the first snow of the season!

Perfect for Stargazing and Solitude!
My husband and I needed a convenient overnight stay between our visits to Sedona and the Grand Canyon and this cabin was perfect. It is nestled in a quiet forest of pines and also allowed us some great dark sky for viewing the Milky Way. Loved it! Comfortable and peaceful.

A peaceful and comfortabke stay
This was our first time using VRBO and renting a cabin in general. We chose this cabin based on the scenic outdoor views from the online photos and positive reviews, and this beautiful place did not disappoint. It was comfortable, peaceful, and clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness). My favorite spot was the large front porch and porch swing, and my kids loved playing board games in the living room with a fire in the fireplace (ages 9 and 10). They also loved exploring outside in the pine trees and collecting pine cones. Their house rules were reasonable, and we’d love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience with renting a cabin!

Perfect for our needs
We looked for a property that would be relatively private, clean and reasonably priced. The cabin was spotless, well supplied and well maintained. It was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our daily walks on the trail in the Kaibab National Park next to the property and watching the wildlife from the front porch.

We loved the location being so close to the forest. The free range cattle were roaming about. The covered porch was a treat being outside in the fresh air. The smell of pine was so strong and sweet. A very delightful stay.

Perfect Getaway
This was exactly what we needed and our only draw back was the limited internet and cost of it if you do want internet. It was perfect for disconnecting with our family but not the place to stay if you plan on working from your computer and need internet. Otherwise the place was the perfect size, has everything you need and was comfortable.

HughesNet satellite is all we have access to out here. It's definitely slower than what we're all used to which can be frustrating. We did upgrade to the 20GB per month plan to give our renters more data, but we'll never be able to provide the same service you get in the cities. I apologize for the inconvenience. Great Time
This was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Was a little disappointed that the horseshoes weren’t available since it was on the site and there was no way to bbq, but we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was quick to respond when we called and he was even on vacation himself. Great central location to Williams, flagstaff and a short drive to the south rim. Loved it

Charming Cabin - A Peaceful Retreat That Can't Be Beat
We really enjoyed our stay at Andy's cabin. We were surrounded by good 'ole mother nature and still had easy access to everything we needed. We enjoyed Andy's collection of wildlife books and hiking guides as well as watching the birds, squirrels, chipmunks, deer and elk pass through the property. The location provided us easy drives to many of the beautiful spots of N. Arizona. Andy was a great host!
