THIS IS A NEW HOUSE ON 4690 TRADEWINDS DRIVE, JUST FINISHED IN DECEMBER 2018. THE HOUSE IS CLOSE TO THE PENSACOLA BAY AND GREAT FOR TRAVEL AND EXPLORATION OF PENSACOLA. FROM THE HOUSE TO THE PENSACOLA BEACH IS A 30 MINUTE TO DRIVE. THE HOUSE IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH BRAND NEW APPLIANCES. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS VERY QUIET AND SAFE. IT IS CLOSE TO MANY NICE RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPPING PLAZA.

Great Weekend Stay!
It was all we needed for a great nights’ sleep. Very clean and the beds were comfy. Great internet connection. Neighborhood felt safe and was in a good location. We would recommend and would stay again.

Over bearing Host
Upon arrival we walked In and I inspected the house like I always do. Every single window was unlocked so I messaged the host to let them know. They immediately responded with a message saying I could call VBRO and rent another spot if I did like the “ordinary home.” I messaged back that ordinary homes are fine, unlocked ones are unsafe. Some of the windows were locking and I found this unsafe as I had my 11 year old granddaughter with us and didn’t feel safe having her sleep in a room that didn’t lock. The towel rod in the bathroom was broken and there was blood stained on one of the pillows. The couches had not one but two tarp like covers on them making them very uncomfortable to sit and relax. We attempted to watch tv and that was a process in itself… to top it off, the TV remote would get stuck and change channels on its own, the screen would split in two and there was a a defined line break at the bottom. Then I received a message saying that the owner would be at the home to maintain the yard during our stay which I thought was rude as he should have done that well before or even after. The host messaged me reminding me of checkout time at least 4X the day before we were out. The house had nothing and we had to head out and buy stuff to use. It felt like the host was trying to rush us out and kept telling me to call VBRO and request a new house.

Great property and great host
We were in town for a tournament at the local University. The neighborhood is an older, safe neighborhood with people out walking. The house was a great size for our family of 5. Nice appliances and we had everything we needed. Owner was very nice and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Very clean house only 20 min to downtown Pensacola
The house had comfortable beds and was incredibly clean. The owner checked in with us daily. The fenced yard was convenient for our dog. The front of the house has steps that light up at night as you walk past the lights. We went downtown twice and I recommend Route 90 which is along the Route 90 near downtown. The historic district is very interesting, and we did the tour. The owner takes a lot of pride in his house. Kitchen was fine and there is a good refrigerator. Wifi worked great. You have to log into your own streaming service which was fine. The neighborhood has kids, dogs and people out walking. We ate at Scenic 90 Diner which I highly recommend...food delicious..try the crab claws. Also ate at the Smokehouse in the historic district and had great food although they were out of ribs. Waitress Jody was terrific. Traffic on I-10 and I-110 was very light which was surprising.

Great location!
The location was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was awesome and kept in contact throughout our stay. The house is very nice and clean. Perfect for us and getting close to everything. We would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Great place to stay!
The house was very clean! The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. The hosts checked in to make sure everything was ok and to let us know they would be working in the yard for a little while. They're are some very interesting trees and plants, many from Japanese origin. We loved that. We would be happy to stay there again when we are in the area.

Great Price for a Central Location
This property was not on the beach, but by the harbor. It was a quick drive to just about anything we wanted to see in Pensacola. We visited friends in Mobile for dinner and it was quite easy because the highway was nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a park around the corner. There aren't any sidewalks so if you have kids, I'd suggest driving to the park - there were a lot of cars on our way there. The television options are a bit limited, but we didn't mind. We had movies, etc on our computers and plenty to do in town. The host texted every morning to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and we didn't have any issues.

Beautiful Home away from Home!!!
Great and quiet neighborhood, The house was sparkling clean, our king size bed was super comfortable, nice cold air conditioning, huge Sony TV in the living room to watch the movies at nite, great washer and dryer, wonderfully equipped house with anything that u might need away from home! The owner, Mr Tuan was super nice and helpful and stayed in touch with us, answering any of our questions, he always wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable and made us feel right at home, thank you bunches, Mr Tuan!! We hated that our time there ended so soon, but we will definitely be looking to see in our future trips, if this wonderful house will be available to book, and will for sure stay there again!!!! Great Communication with Owner!
We really appreciated the simple reliable communication with the owner. He was clear, helpful and kind. The simple house had the basics and felt safe and comfortable for our young family. The owner even notified us when to watch for bad weather. We left a drawer of clothes at the house, he shipped us the clothes right away without any hesitation. We are grateful we stayed here. It is far from the beach (30 min drive), but the price and ease of the drive made it worth it. We found the local beach access each day on the barrier island and felt like we had the spot to ourselves. Thank you!

The house was very clean and comfortable. In a quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for Pensacola beach. The only weird thing was the owner working on the yard while we were at the home. It was like they were watching us. I would stay again.
