Please be aware that the Perdido Skye building is undergoing exterior restoration until April 14. During this time, the balconies and pool will be closed and not available for use. Should you choose to stay with us, you can expect loud noises, occasional elevator closures and limited parking. Beach access remains open. Thank you for considering us during this time!

Please note that during the summer months we only rent Saturday - Saturday.

This affordable beachfront condo is right on the beach and has fantastic views of the Gulf. You can enjoy the sunrise and beautiful views from your private beachfront balcony. This unit is on the second floor above the beach.

The Perdido Skye mid-rise is located between the pristine Gulf Island Seashore and the Florida State Park Beach, both famous for gleaming white sand beaches. The location is convenient to a great selection of fine and casual dining.

Cousins getaway
My 2 cousins and I had a fantastic time in Perdido Key! It was the perfect getaway for us to connect and spend some quality grownup time without our husbands. The location is perfect. Right on the beach and walking distance to so many things. The condo is well equipped and adorable. I definitely recommend!

Great view
We are a senior age couple and condo was easily accessible, as was the beach and the pool. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach and ocean. It also overlooks the pool. Evidently the management company was supposed to supply the door code before we left for our trip but we had to contact the owner for it. When we returned home, we found the door code was sent the day after check-in via email.

Very clean nice place
We enjoyed the stay very much. The place was spotless and just as advertised. We did as requested and took the linens off the bed and washed the dishes, and emptied the trash. We left it just as it was. Thanks. We'll be looking at this again on our next trip.
