Staff was very nice. Room is basically you get what you paid for. If your looking for cheap place lay your head down at night, this is very affordable. Make sure bring your own towels because the towels seemed very dirty and not clean.

Great stay at a clean & affordable hotel
Super 6 Pensacola is very clean & well taken care of. The appearance from the street is a tall sign this is a good place to stay. Very clean, even the floors were in great shape. I’ve stayed here 5 different nights and each room was clean, well stocked and everything worked. Highly recommend.

It's a place that you go to when you don't expect much,and you need a place to stay, that's inexpensive. They take pets with the minimal fee. There's no extras and there's a lot of people that stay there permanently that come up to you. Some ask if you want to do drugs. They don't really don't bother you too much. It's clean and nobody messed with our vehicle.

Im homeless and because that was the only place that accepted me and my kids and someone else helped me for a night i was grateful but because i had to figure out how to get my kids out the heat and wait for anothet ride for me the police was called on me and was banned when i didnt break anything harm anything and simply was waiting i was banned and yold because i was breaking a a/c unit which i didnt i had to leave but i got my kids a ride away first so for me to not bother anyone why was the police called staff very rude and disrespectful

It was a really decent place for the price. I would definitely stay here again. Don't let the bad reviews scare you. People complaining about stupid stuff, in my opinion.

The trip was a disaster We got a room that had a lizard and a spider in the room. Then was moved to a room that was out of order and the AC did not work. Then were moved again to a room where the floor was coming up and we tripped several times and my wife hit her foot. I had rooms 141, 143, and 202.

Check in was rough after an 8 hour drive. No lobby open to public, only a window. As i walked up the lead immediately placed a sign stating, “…shift change…wait 15 minutes…”. Not pleasant. I waited about 5 standing at the window and then noticed a $50 cash deposit required. Stunned even further, i had to get back in the car and look for an ATM. Returned and the sign was down. The lead explained the delay and apologized, and I empathized. They gave me a room close to the office and worked out.

The worst check in experience ever. Very poor customer service. Greeted with bad language by a very upset employee for ringing the bell that alerts the employee. Was told if I didn’t like her attitude to go else where (Not as kindly). Since the room was paid for, and being from Texas, I just took the room. Upset, frustrated, and defeated is how that experience went at that particular Motel 6.

The smoke smell in a nonsmoking room was so bad. The bed covers had cigarettes burns all over them. Never staying there again!

Unfortunately we arrived behind property - pot holes galore. Room was clean but check in creepy. He asked for a cash deposit, as it’s easier to reimburse. Have never left cash deposit thought it was very strange.

This was about the worst hotel i have stayed in. Blankets have holes, just looked dirty. I am a female and was by myself and the room they put me made me feel completely uncomfortable with the people on the side of me. I felt completely unsafe.

The towels were dirty with dark areas, the guy at the front window said that they were fine. The floor of the room had not been clean for ages. The morning Pearson at the front window was rude.

Bathroom had what appeared to be perhaps a woman's hair in the toilet and on the tub. Flooring seemed to be vinyl plank but had warping. Not certain what to make of the bed. It was the right size, a bit squeaky, and not conventional in that I think it was a mattress on top of a platform of some kind. Had to give a $50 deposit which you might lose if you didn't "check out". Thing is, they give you a magnetic key card for room access. Is one of those cards really worth $50? I think not!

The first room they gave us was one that was a complete wreck. Looked like someone had been living in it for a long time and it had not been cleaned. The next room they gave us was nice and clean...but the table was broken, no refrigerator and TV only had sound. Will never stay there again
